1. Start LLC + EIN Registration: (ad) joyokoro.com/go/incfile/

how do you make annual tax reports?
1. General ledger: a list of all transactions for the corporation.
2. Balance sheet: a summary of what the company owns and owes.
3. Income statement: a calculation of profit (or loss)
Because as I know, if you don't send your reports, state will automatically shut down your LLC.
So... that's interesting for me, because as I see you have an experience with this type of LLC operations.

Hey bro, when you finally sign into your Stripe, you are asked to upload your id for verification. After that, what’s the next thing stripe will verify?? Is it your home address & also when can you start receiving payments into your Stripe?
I registered the company in Missouri but filled in that my address is in California because that's the address Shipito provided. Is that a problem? If so, how can I choose that shipito will provide a Missouri address?

Thanks for the VERY informative video JOY. I am based in Africa and created my Stripe account using UK details. Since I do not reside in the UK, I used a randomly generated UK address from Google. Although my Stripe account was approved, a week later I have received an email from Stripe requesting proof of address and my ID.
Could you please advise on how I should proceed in this situation? Specifically, where can I obtain a valid proof of address that will satisfy Stripe’s requirements? Thank you

I set up a payoneer account and was given a US bank Swift account. Can I use it to pay Incauthority? It would be great if I could get some guidance from you.

Applying for an EIN is free. You go to the IRS website and apply for it yourself providing you have the business name and address.

Do i need ITIN? A lot of videos say that LLC+EIN is enough, but on "Business Representative" field Stripe asks "Last 4 digits of Social Security number"
