You can form a company, but you can’t work under the company for the sole purpose of profit.
But if you open a virtual bank account like Mercury, Wise and apply for debit cards from these banks. You won’t have a problem because nothing is linked to it (you don’t need SSN to open these virtual banks because you can register as non us using your llc+ein).

Incauthority no longer accept non-us citizens and Incfile is more affordable than northwest.

I would like to thank you a million times. I followed your instructions and my business has been form but I think I have a problem.
During applying for an EIN, I didn't have to fill a mailing address or business address because I chose to use the Registered Agent’s address I paid for.
Now my business has been formed, and I observed that the mailing address on the SS4 form included my personal address with the agent’s address.
I signed the SS4 form, but I haven't received my EIN over a week now after several calls to the IRS. I just want to know if this technical issue has an impact on my application.

No, you don’t have to create multiple LLC’s.

2. To withdraw funds from PayPal, download the Klasha app, create and verify your account, and proceed to generate a pink card.
Fund it $1.95, and link the card to PayPal, you can now withdraw funds to the card, and the withdraw funds from the card to your local bank account in Klasha.
At the time of making this comment, Sept 19, 2023, their withdrawal/buying rate is N931/$.
The rates are not steady and might increase or decrease.
Klasha will be able to answer any more questions you have concerning this, as they’re aware their card can be used to withdraw funds from PayPal.

They still give EIN over the phone. You just have to call again.
Also make sure when forming your LLC that you selected the EIN service, incfile will fax the SS-4 form to the IRS, then you can call the IRS to get your EIN number.

Shipito gave me address in Alaska, while my chosen state is new Mexico, Shipito didn't help at all
You can generate a random address from Google for Mexico.
If I see this correctly, the current forms don't allow to enter any foreign address anymore and the chat support tells me to just enter an US address instead. Does this sound only strange to me?

They had doubts about my payment (US Amex!!!!), made me send a pic of my credit card and my passport - I did - the next day, they wanted a statement showing their fee (WTF... their fee was still pending, so I would have to wait until it posts and then probably 3 more weeks to get a statement with that). Cancelled that doubtful provider.

You can get a US phone number that can receive calls/msgs and also call/send msgs by downloading the DING TONE app from play store or App Store.
Anyone no matter your country, can get a US phone number and other countries using that app.

Simply tell them you formed your LLC, your SS4 form has been filed and you’re yet to get your EIN number.
Hold a copy of the SS4 form you filled or take note of your full name, the home/office address used on the document, your company name, state of formation, date of formation.. etc

If you followed the guide and after a few days you receive a mail your company is formed, then it’s formed. You’ll receive a formation document too which will be signed by the secretary of that state.
There are over 50+ states in the US, there’s no dedicated database to do a name search for all the states, name search are conducted by each state separately, so that means, you have to find the database of each state.
But if you have some time, you can google something like “Missouri llc name search”.
Replace Missouri with the state you formed your company.
Here’s a link to confirm your LLC if you formed it in Missouri.

I’m not sure normal account will work because of the restrictions. You can try using virtual dollar cards like Social Cash. It’s available on Playstore.

Thanks for this great video. I followed it and my LLC is done within 3 days. I have little issue, the SS4 Form has been sent to IRS by Incfile . I called IRS following your guide, on my SS4 form the business location was the Shipito Address which is Torrance, CA, meanwhile business is in New Mexico. I used Incfile as registered agent. So IRS stated that the location should be New Mexico, when i called Incfile they said i should wait for the 90days duration. How can you help please

In a situation where you’ve called the IRS, and they couldn’t give you your EIN over he phone.
It’s not your fault, you didn’t do anything wrong. It happens most times, the solution to this is to REFAX it.
These docs usually get lost sometimes because they’re dealing with hundreds and thousands of SS-4 forms. It’s okay for yours to get mixed up.
To solve this problem, you’ll need to refax your SS-4 form to IRS directly this time.
Download fax.plus app from playstore or App Store and purchase the basic 1 month plan $8. You’ll get a fax number and you will also be able to send fax.
From the app, proceed to send a fax and send the SS-4 form to the IRS fax number: +1 304 707 9471.
When uploading the document, they will ask you to enter the fax number you want to send it to, now enter the IRS fax number above.
After 3 days call them again.. only on business days. MON-FRI.
