Hi sean ive bought your Royal Marine fitness manual but i have been following the royal marine fitness tool now ive just seen you have another fitness program. What program do you recommend ?

+H Cobb the Royal marines manual is a book designed for civilians to understand the Corps more. The training in there is for a civilian to try and emulate RM training. The Pass The PRMC book is to enable someone wanting to join the Corps to pass the PRMC. Choose which suits your goal(s) best.

How can I improved my pull ups? Because I've been working on them and I can't seem to physically get myself up now matter how much training I've done?
