It's come as a bit of an eye opener that earbuds only last about a year due to the small battery being constantly charged. I'm seriously thinking of forgetting wireless earbuds and going wired instead, my beloved Cambridge Audio Melomania 1+ are showing signs of battery degradation and I'm reluctant to replace them after less than a year.
I just treat it like a phone. Only put them on the charging case to charge it. Other than that, it's always outside of the charging case. Where to store them then? On regular wired iem case.
There the new fairbuds with replaceable batteries from the makers of the Fair phone I think they're like 150 euro and only available in Europe currently.
This is why I don't put my eggs in one basket. Instead of putting $200-300 in 1 incredible pair of earbuds, I get 2 of those very good ones that cost no more than $100 and use them alternately (I didn't even spend $200 for both pairs as I got them on sale with discount vouchers so I spent a total of $110). Prior to my new duo of Soundcore Liberty 4 NC and OnePlus Buds 3, I alternated between Sabbat E12 Pro and Soundpeats H1. My 5-year old $40 E12 can still hold a 4-hr charge (originally 6 hrs) while my 3-year old $55 H1 can still carry 7-8 hours of straight use from its original 10.
@@Dilly_Dil1yI just got them and they are kinda disappointing at the gym they aren’t loud enough to drown out the music there or my ear is too big that there is too much space between eardrum and earbuds
@@edwardrodriguez3529 yea. Check out the tozo 02. If you want open ear pretty good quality sound for that price check it out. I go to the gym alot and I agree with you.
I bought them because I wear glasses and wanted to try the most comfortable buds. But I also prefer the Oladance over the Shokz. The Oladance has a louder, richer sound with better bass than Shokz.
Use the voice isolation setting on your control center to fix that background noise. There's nothing wrong with the buds. It is the ios/android setting messup.
Free clips will blow you away if you thought those were comfy. Plus call quality is like to extended mic like headsets with an amazing background noise cancellation in busy environment.😊
Tested on iPhone 15pro... Phone call is too soft..hardly can hear the other party voice even though at full volume.. Yet again android phone is loud and clear... Strange
Just returned my Sony Linksbuds and got the Bose instead. The Sony Linkbuds are pretty great IF they fit comfortably in your ear. After about 30 minutes, they would hurt my ears, 😢and I tried all the wing tips but still would get ear fatigue quickly. The sound quality is okay as long as you understand their purpose. Overall, I liked them a lot but found them very uncomfortable. The Bose, on the other hand, are very comfortable. I hardly notice them. The sound quality is way better than the Linkbuds, it sounds more full, and the bass is better. Also, they get much louder. I haven't tested call audio, which I heard isn't great, but that isn't a huge factor for me. The mic on the Linkbuds are very good. The Bose are very expensive but so far they have been perfect for me. These will be a dialy driver for sure.
I like these but for the price and the call quality with the mic is a HARD pass. Way to expensive for such crap quality call sound. How can NONE of these companies make a good sounding ear bud while also having good call quality? Maybe its the ANC but someone needs to make a GOOD call quality ear bud christ...
No bass in them after 25% volume they all have a hissing noise when music or a video is paused for the price get air pod pros unless you like them and don’t base your decisions off a random in a yt comment section

idk ive had the same pair of galaxy buds pro for 4 years and they still work great even though being beat tf up

Buy two earbuds or earbud + headphones. The more devices you have the slowly they will degrade

I own them and I’m very happy with them. They are worth every penny!
I had them but returned them. I love the design but the quality of music is not great. There are $50+ open earbuds that are better

In other reviews, the sound is amazing, but when talking on the phone the quality is very poor

What about sound quality Vs the JBL Soundgear Sense?
All futuristic but still love over the ear headphones

Great video, thank you 🙏
Could the call quality be fixed via update? Our du you think it is a hardware issue?
Going off previous Bose releases I don’t think it will be fixed
I need in bulk can you provide?

I see no such link to the spreadsheet on the video, nor in its description nor on your CZcams profile "about" text..
Unless they fixed a whole mess of soundsport software/performance issues I don’t care.
Whats your fav earbuds now?
Do the Galaxy Buds Live count as open ear buds?
More semi open
People buy earbuds for music quality. Who really gives a rat's a$$ about the call quality? Use your phone!
What’s the point in these over regular buds?
Nothing digging into your ear canal and complete awareness of your surroundings
I just bought the ultra comfort 2 but want these! Who wants to trade???

Yep it’s pretty bad. There are some earbuds with good call quality check out my call quality videos
For aus$400, that call quality is ridiculous
I feel like these make me nauseous. I like them but they somehow make me feel sick lol. If I can't get used to it I'll take them back.
Instead of the oura ring, we now have the eara ring
Returned mine after 1 day. Audio is terrible. No bass. Can’t use in a gym or even mildly noises environment. Not even worth $150 let alone $300
Low volume and weak bass..so how is it a great sounding device?
what i see is just a overengineered, over priced toy for "trend setters" and snobs. and you can easily lose them
Waiting for the knock offs
Huawei free clips copy with a Bose style..

They were terrible I only used for 1 day and took back got my money back
huawei mam, they are better!
Clean your ears!
Terrible call quality 😂
$300 🤬😡
Shocks are terrible.
Bad quality not good
Porta Pro is still better than this piece of crap.
