I love the fact you know that we are not interested in the cards and crap that come with these ali watches. Loads of reviewers still try and put the watch aside as some kind of cliff hanger, and show us everything they can to stretch the vid out. Props man keep up the good work.

Now that’s a very pretty monster. I must admit it though, Heimdallr did pretty well with their version 1, although the lumed date wheel on the seestern is bad ass.
Just got their Doxa homage also with the badass lumed date. Really balances the dial in the dark. I really want to add a monster to my collection, the only thing that stops me from snapping up Seestern's monster is the somewhat limited dial options.

Thanks for another great review. I am a big fan of the monster case design. I have a few homages in my collection and now I am just waiting for someone to do a good homages of the "Dracula" dial colorway. I do like what Seestern has to offer and I absolutely love the look of the luminated day/date window on the pressed pattern dial. I may have to break down and pick that one up during the 11.11 sale. Yeh thats whats great about them, the person behind it is himself a watch enthusiast so there is that bit of knowledge and feel for watches present in the subtle features of the watch, specially the functionality

Thanks for the video. Other than the lumed date, I prefer the Heimdallr. I will stick with the 2 Heimdallr monsters (Red and Blue) for now. This is a very nice watch, just not enough "pull" to move out my Heimdallr's and move one of these in. Cheers!!!
I have 3 Heimdallr Monster but had to just buy this watch. Its too gorgeous a dial. Seestern definitely are more delicate in their appearance. Heimdallr more bold. Will be nice having both
The yellow lume on the Heimdalir looks ugly compared to the crisp white on semesters watches. Also the dial colours are sublime imo.
I'm still digging the Heimdallr you turned me on to but that is a very nice watch and another fantastic video I just can't thank you enough my friend 👍

Wow I am ordering this one🔥I love the monster
I am so impressed by Seestern! I do have the red dial Heimdallr Monster gen 2 (pointy teeth!) and it's excellent, also water resistance was absolutely fine diving to 80m. The sticking out lume pip hasn't been a problem either, but more recessed as on the Seestern on balance is better. However if I didn't have a Monster already I'd go for the Seestern. Bezel rotation seems to be better on the Seestern too. The weight of the Heimdallr is the same as the Seestern, but I have an 8" wrist so using more links than usual. The Seestern is a brilliant buy for anyone looking for a Monster.
The caseback issues has been fixed now as the seller says, the older SeeStern monster watches may have wrong casebacks installed (by the factory fault) but now WR should be OK. Great news!
Now I got the orange SeeStern monster SE! And as I can see it is the best Non-Seiko (orange) monster available. Wearing it 24hr 7 days of the week, it rocks! Caseback is same as yours and it is OK.
Very helpful review. I own their 62MAS v2, and I'm loving what Seestern have been doing, especially when they add their spin, as with the choice of color here. They've definitely made a big splash with the arrival of their brand. I'm looking forward to the Heimdallr vs. Seestern Monster showdown. Either here in the comments, or in your upcoming comparison video, could you please speak to whether there are any sharp edges on this Seestern Monster? On my Heimdallr, at least, whenever I turn the bezel, my index finger skin gets caught on the corner of the pointed end of the shroud, between the 1-2 o'clock indices. To a lesser extent, my thumb skin also feels it against the sharp corner of the lower shroud, between the 7-8 o'clock indices. These sharp shroud corners have been my major complaint with the Heimdallr, and I'm wondering if it's the same here. Finally, I'd be curious to hear in the comparison video how the bezel actions compare.
Monster is definitely the watch with the most original design ever.
Thanks for the review, now all you need to review is the Long Island Monster homage and then you can compare all the Monsters to each other.
Just got a silver dial Doxa homage from Seestern, very impressed. I've been looking at various Monsters and Seestern's has definitely caught my eye. Specially their graduated blue "Snow" dial version, really looks great. Might be next month's little treat. I would prefer a black dial tbh, but would the Heimdallr measure up against the Seestern?
Man seestern is killing it in the homage game hopefully I'll get one so I can compare it to the Islander ISL-58 monster

The Islander monster missed the mark when it did not use the teeth indices, it is a wannabe monster imo.

Its the case and caseback, feels very substantial on wrist but it feels good, like a proper tool/beater watch with the added bracelet

Just got an orange Seestern Monster. Not happy with the bracelet. After removing links to resize, the pin is not secure - it easily slips out. BTW, notice the plastic wrap included an orange arrow under the bracelet showing which way to tap out pins.
Looks very nice, but why cant these companies make the edges on the bezel guard smoother on these monster homages. My heimdallr's sharp af. Read this was too.

@@TheWatcherReviews I think it was Chris reviews ( the Scottish guy). He had a subscriber say that apparently the movement holders were too big to allow the caseback to seal properly. Another sub after reading this took hers to a watchmaker and sure enough it wasn't even good to three bar. Seestern was asked about it and all they replied was that they tested their watches for resistance.
Thats strange, Ive only opened they're 62mas and that was really well sealed, quality rubber o ring and metal movement spacer. Perhaps it wasn't seated correctly or poor assembly?

Not entirely sure why anyone would make a homage of a £150-£200 seiko?? I mean its nice and all, just don't get why they'd bother, unless this thing costs like £50.
I think they were discontinued by seiko
the problem with seestern is once they sell their 500 or whatever V1 in a month, they come out with a V2 a month later. And when they sell out on that? What a V3? I don't like having the "old" one 30 days later. A year, like Apple? Maybe. A month? Pass.
Seestern should stop making these great color ways. I can't afford it!
