Unfortunately that is true, they officially aren't responsible for someone who is scamming under their guise.
You need to speak straight away to the bank manager and show them the site and the correspondence communicated back and forth. However, I absolutely agree that they should be putting up an alert to everyone on their website to state that this is going on. 100%!! But please speak to the banks immediately face to face, not over the phone.
Thank you for your suggestion. All the transactions were through Crypto. It is hard to track the money, I had reported to FBI, don't know if they could help. I will contact the banks anyway. Thanks.
