I have a 2013 heartland elkridge 37 ultimate. I bought the RV brand new and its been a nightmare. The whole RV is made of the cheapest materials you can find and the craftsmanship is awful. I had to replace everything on this RV multiple times. There is constantly issues with the RV. Buying this Heartland RV has been the absolute worst financial decision I have ever made. I have lost so much money and paid way too much for the RV. But a lot of people are like I was and believed Heartland couldn’t be that bad. Word of advice is to stay away from Heartland

You're better off taking that money and putting it into a savings account that way you'll have the funds when something breaks in your home to fix it.

In other words, they can keep "answering" through BBB and a year later when you give up "responding to their answers" if they have the last communication through BBB, your complaint is basically erased from their record. BBB is a fool's errand. I really hope you get a good lawyer. The fact that a policy was cancelled & refunded to them proves that you paid for it. They wouldn't have paid it themselves. We're living a nightmare for 3 years. House was a mess. Plumbing not connected. Electrical problems. Drywall wrong. Floors had screws poking thru. It's still a mess. Clayton stopped helping before first year was up. It took them 2 months to set up, 6 more months to get anyone out. They had to send out 3 different people. But Plumbing was something we had to fix. Sewerage in crawlspace in heater pipes on the ground and no even hooked up right. Mold is terrible.

OMG😢. This happened to my pit bull/terrier mix. Spent over $3,000 at vets. 2 vets told me to euthanise the dog I refused brought him home nursing back to Health he recovered and then it happened again. Has to be fresh pet. He has been doing n and off that food along with Dr. Marty’s dog food. I have another pit bull female same age and I’ve noticed on the nights I do t giver her home made dog food but dry kibble mixes with fresh pet she is lethargic acts like she doesn’t feel well and her stomach is upset. I am stopping fresh pet Immediately and see if things improve. My male dog has gone into naked comatose state twice. Between 3 vets nobody has a clue what causes him to crash. He tested negative for Addison’s but had previously been diagnosed with cushings disease. Now they do not have a clue. A ultra sound scam on his abdomen shows nothing unusual so back to square 1. Your right they are horrible to work with they feel as though they are going to tell you what you're going to get and hell with what you bought. Most lawyers will take a case for a percentage of what you get. If you have the paperwork of what you ordered I think a lawyer would take it.

I have had great luck with them since 1994. I have 250k on my current Ram and it is running fine with only maintenance work. I had way more problems with Ford kingpin front end. Must just be a rough day for the person making that product.

I know this is an old posting but wanted to say I've had two incorrect parts lately. One part even had equivalent factory cross reference numbers but were wrong. I'm awaiting a decision on if thats going to be returnable. In the mean time I ordered the same part but the correct one from FCP Euro. I was a parts guy for over 40 yrs at various makes and was one of the top 600 parts and service guys for GM in 2006. I didn't make the mistake, they had the parts incorrectly listed. I've bought from them for over 2 decades and recently have noticed more errors on their site. Its frustrating.

They're not going to do anything for you because they're broke. DEAD broke. Less than broke if that's possible and are no longer paying their bills. Dodge 5.7 Mexican Hemi's are total garbage and you should've NEVER bought that car in the first place. They also destroyed the Pentastar design and I had to install two oil catch cans to save my 2018. At 9,000 miles the inside of the engine was completely covered in carbon, and the intake manifolds soaked in oil. It's been a matter of Mopar beware for several years now. You should've disconnected the MDS system when it was new. You can't even buy Mopar batteries any longer. They're junk. I'm batting 0 for three and have switched to Motorcraft. I even had a set of 3,500 dollar rims go bad after 5 years. They're bankrupt because they deserve to be. Sorry Mopar, but you all know I'm right.

I have been wrenching on cars over 30 years. Don’t care what most say but the MDS is JUNK. I had one on my Charger R/T and it caused me to get rid of it. MDS and Start/Stop isn’t healthy for a motor. An I know engineers get paid big money to develop but I am still not a fan of either system.

I had just the opposite experience! I had a terrible experience! They charge me $350 in advance for a few treatments and only showed one time then they started deducting $85 every month out of my account when I called to cancel they didn’t answer. I left a message. They never called back, I did this three times they continued taking monthly deductions out of my account so I have a dispute now with the credit card company and a new credit card. The employees are unprofessional in my experience. I’m surprised Terminix is still in business with the employees they hire!
