Your Life Begins is about a journey I am going to take to find healing. You see, so many people deal with mental illnesses, and not all mental illness can be treated the same. Having dealt with depression and anxiety for 15-16 years, my goal is to inspire people to take initiative of their lives.

Yes, you are not alone. Thank you for spreading the message - “not alone”! I pray that the God of all comfort will continue to comfort you so that you can comfort others. Many of “the greats” in the Bible dealt with depression and feeling alone.

I always think of mental pain in comparison to physical pain. If we break a leg, we get it treated! No one thinks twice about getting help for physical pain. Emotional/mental pain is the same. It's important to get help! Bravo!
I really like that comparison, but it is true. It’s probably because since it is something we can’t “see,” we don’t believe it’s there, so we don’t seek the help we need!

Hi Joseph... I only know you for a short time but for that short time... I know that you are a strong person by heart and mind and a very family person but never in a moment that I noticed that you are struggling with this issues. I definitely encourage you to be strong and to continue with this video to help and encourage others that having the same issues that you have or had.
