Your Life Begins is about a journey I am going to take to find healing. You see, so many people deal with mental illnesses, and not all mental illness can be treated the same. Having dealt with depression and anxiety for 15-16 years, my goal is to inspire people to take initiative of their lives.

It's my party and I'll cry if I want to: Last week was my birthday, and I realized that I had set myself up for hurt based on my expectations. Enjoy my plan on how I intend to change my future to prevent that from happening again. This is going to help us overcome our depression and anxiety.

My prayer journal is prayers, petitions and praise. Can’t leave the praise out. Especially for those answered prayers that turn out better than we expected 🙏🏻✝️🛐. My brother once told me it’s not quantity it’s quality that matters. You had the most important part which is waking up so that’s always a good thing😊
First of all happy belated birthday!!! I’m glad you put up another video! One suggestion for the prayer journal, have a section just for gratefulness to God, you can write down praise for his attributes, etc. Just an idea for one of those sections! 😉

I always think of mental pain in comparison to physical pain. If we break a leg, we get it treated! No one thinks twice about getting help for physical pain. Emotional/mental pain is the same. It's important to get help! Bravo!
I really like that comparison, but it is true. It’s probably because since it is something we can’t “see,” we don’t believe it’s there, so we don’t seek the help we need!

In June 1993 I had a similar experience where I broke down on the floor in tears and cried out to The Lord because even though it hurt to live I needed to live for my son that was 1yr old at that time. I say that was the night I was born again as I felt myself wrapped in His Love. Words cannot explain. I like the pics you used to describe lol. God Bless you, your family and your journey 🙏🏻💕🛐✝️
Amen. I’m sorry you had to go through that. Life has a way of trying to break people, but fortunately for us, He will never leave us nor forsake us. God Bless you, your loved ones, and your journey as well, because it’s not over until He says it is.

I believe what he meant was as said in scripture in Revelation 12:11 how we overcome by The Blood of The Lamb and the word of our testimony. When we share our testimony we no longer give the enemy the upper hand in our life. 😊🙏🏻🛐

Yes, you are not alone. Thank you for spreading the message - “not alone”! I pray that the God of all comfort will continue to comfort you so that you can comfort others. Many of “the greats” in the Bible dealt with depression and feeling alone.
