Yes. A nice money maker for the steam railway. The bitumen tankers come in from Network Rail tracks ( at the far end of the line) and are left in the exchange sidings. From here Ribble Rail have the job of bringing them up to here, where they are shunted a few at a time into the nearby by bitumen works to be unloaded. Then taking the empties back again
