@theh1n1shot I went to winnipeg for this first time 5 years ago on a road trip. My buddy and I took a cab downtown to see what was up. First thing we saw when we got out of the cab was a dead cat on the side walk. That pretty much summed up the rest of the 4 hours we spent there before leaving.
would've been a great way to make it a highlight reel of gold if you are good at improvising...but maybe segura wanted to rely on material or something

To be clear, I like the guy & think he's hilarious. The show I was talking about was a weird situation. I don't think anyone knew there was going to be an opener at all, let alone a comic. There was a lot of acid flowing that night. Since it was after the shooting, there was a weird vibe too. It was just a crazy situation all around.
Us Winnipegers should boo Tom off when he comes back later this year for old times.
