When I turn my Vacum on there is a knocking noise. And when I lower the handle to start vacuuming. What is or what could it be? Look forward to hearing back from you. Thanks for the video. Very informative and informational.

Youll have to take the bottom plate off and inspect the brush, could be something lodged inside or the brush is broken or needs the ends cleaned out.

Mines missing the back filter and cover that fits over the filter i can find all replacement pieces for the front and filters but none for the back how could they not make replacement parts for the back of that sweeper but do for the front of it all i need is the rectangle part that snaps on the back.
I could see yours is missing it to.

So here I am, trying to figure out how to take the top off the dirt cup. Has the arrows showing which way to turn but it seems to be stuck. WD-40 maybe?

Thats what mines missing and i can't find a replacement for it. Its still a good strong sweeper without it guess i could make a cover for it and slip a filter in
I found mine in a trash pile it was full of dust and now its not i cleaned all the filters one part on the container is hard to twist open and i can see why it was sitting on top of trash is hard to twist open

@@hanksgarage_ the as**** in my area smash the vacuums in your front yard and leave the mess like ugh I threw away a sliding glass back door and they smashed it left all the shatterd glass on the front lawn of my house and took the 5c aluminum frame
