- Mosko team members, Pete and Trav, share what & how they pack their Reckless 80L for a multiday, camping from your bike moto trip.
The Reckless 80L is designed for off-road riding / camping, Backcountry Discovery Route exploration, and international fly-to-ride trips. The 100% waterproof dry bag system expands and contracts for a variety of load sizes and riding conditions. It doesn't require pannier racks and features adjustable leg angles allowing it to fit enduros and larger ADV bikes, making the V3.0 Revolver our most versatile system yet.

I want to know more about those red sunglasses. I like em.
They are very eye-catching!
@@MoskoMoto They are! I wish you were able to point me towards a pair I could buy myself. I like glacier glasses in general, and the red lenses are nice looking!
Can you combine a hard top case with the Mosko saddle bags and attach the mosko tail bag to the top case?
You can install the Reckless 80l with a hard top case on the bike. You have to place the Reckless harness in front of the top case and run the mounting straps around/under the top case. Depending on how full you stuff, the Stinger 22 can change how cramped the seating area becomes.
Hope that helps!
Interesting you pack your tents and sleeping bags without stuff sacks, do you find it saves space or is it for weight savings?
I'm not Pete of course, but it's something that comes from the backpacking world. The weight savings is marginal but it does save volume. By using a stuff sack you effectively create a litte brick that can't compress, whereas without one you can shove it in there and fill up any gaps or spaces between other items. It's also easier to compress everything down.
Hey! Exactly what Michael said. Ditching stuff sacks saves quite a bit of volume - well worth it when you have limited packing space.
Could you fit tent camping equipment for 2 people for 2 nights in the reckless 80 standard config?
It will depend on your gear's pack size and the time of year when you're camping. If it's summer and not much is needed to stay warm, it's possible, but it would be a really tight fit.
@@MoskoMotothanks for coming back! I guess I’m going to get creative. Max Aux Pox & stuffed beaver tail 😂. Love the Woodland colour too….happy trails
What bikes are you guys riding?
Hey! Pete is on a KTM 890, Travis is riding a Husky 501.
Where did you find Pete’s cabin?
It's out in Southwest Oregon/Northern Nevada!
Where would you put 30 days of food in there? I would be really hungry!
You couldn’t go 2 days without a gas station and they usually have food there too…
Roger that!
It would be pretty difficult to pack 30 days worth of food for sure!
I don't have a camp chair. No Clue what to look for?
Hey Mike! A lot of us here at Mosko run camp chairs by Helinox or Big Agnes. Hope this helps!
@@MoskoMoto I did a search and then recalled you mentioned Helinox in the video .. then I found a 3 leg camp stool for $25.00 @ REI thanks
Super awesome, love the minimalist concept, can’t wait till Mosko starts stocking the Basilisk pants “Short” size. Mosko gear is the best!
@@abyields7831 I second that. Us height challenged folk have money to burn. Help us!
@@bradb2514 🤙🤛 I’m having to mismatch my riding gear 😆
