Sometimes the simplest patches sound the best. Right before patching up this track I'd put together a crazy chaotic masterpiece of everything modulating everything which unfortunately sounded awful.
Ended up creating this full Eurorack modular synth performance instead. A nice chilled 2 step into techno, atmospheric vibe with plenty of space.
The view is looking out through the Spanish Pyranees which after spending the last week in I can safely say is one of the most beautiful places I've ever been.
Modules used:
ALM Squid Salmple
Mutable Instroments Plaits
Mutable Instruments Warps (Parasites Firmware)
ALM Akamies Taiko
Make Noize Maths
Noise Engineering Basimilut Itaritus Altar
Doepfer - oscialtor, sequencer and noise modules
Pamelas New Workout
WMD Fractures

Love the case (planning to get the same one :P) and the beat sounds good.
Really nice!
Thank you!
Nice one mate 👍
Thanks you!
Sweet! 😻
Thank you!
Great music. The background is beautiful too, where are you recording this?
Thanks man. This was recorded when I visited the Spanish pyranees.
@@nivenofficial Cool. I see you use WMD Fracture for percussion. Do you know how it compares to WMD Chimera? I'm debating which I should buy.
@@offthewallnovels1292 I’ve not used the chimera, Fractures has been a great modular for me though. Great variety of sounds possible with it.
This is so dope!!! How much did that Eurorack module cost (roughly) if you don't mind me asking.
Difficult to say as I've accumulated the modules over a long period of time. I've listed the modules used in the video description above so you should be able to to check the costs of them by a quick search.
@@nivenofficial ah ok thanks I want to get into building my own euro rack but I want to know the cost generally before hand. Did you build any units yourself?
@@DECIMA1 I didn’t build any units myself but you could definitely save money by doing that. My advise is to watch loads of videos dig into the modules you like the sound of and start building a plan around those.
@@nivenofficial Great idea I'll start with that :)
