@@abhi_devu keep the low fat diet, among the permitted products are chicken breast, turkey and low fat fish. Preferably steamed or boiled. Vegetables should also be boiled or steamed. no more than two eggs a day (omlet or boiled). Cereals. It is worth giving up raw vegetables, especially cabbage and tomatoes. no pastries, no fried food. Weight will slowly go away but without harm to the body and gerb symptoms will gone too)

You should do it once as shown in the video and gradually increase the repetitions as you get used to these exercises.

You can do these exercises on a chair and try to avoid all the exercises where the knees need to be bent.
