      Is this good to do when I’m having a flare up? I assume My lower esophageal sphincter is relaxed already with the flare up. Will this exercise help or make worst. Does this strengthen the esophageal sphincter?

    40 years ago at the age of 10 I have problem with indigestion and my Grandfathers cousin use to put his hand over my stomach and pressure inside and pull out like pushing sternum out.

    Thanks, I was suffering from silent acid reflux from many years without knowing it I think. My dentist told me my tooth are worn out because of acid reflux. But from past one year the acid reflux has become really bothersome & in a month atleast I have to take acid blocking capsules atleast two or three times. Some times I can feel it coming up thru the stomach. How can I make LES stronger so that it closes the stomach properly. I am 53 year old, athletic, slim & active sportsman & do yoga & I follow vegetarian diet from birth & Do not smoke & consume two pegs of alcohol once in a month

      Pls don't resort to allopathic medicine. If u see this pls search on utube for 3 videos by "serious keto" on how he helped his Gerd symptoms with apple cider vinegar. If ur still suffering then there's no harm in checking out free help that might help u.❤

    Hello sir…
    Iam suffering from IBS and LPR laryngopharyngeal reflux (silent reflux) With severe symptoms of… waterbrash, throat discomfort, etc
    And Iam on PPI capsules for last two years…
    Not improving..
    Please suggest me..
    Can these exercises enough????
    Almost no heartburn…

There is no best time to do these exercises. 🙂 You can do these exercises basically whenever you like and with a full or empty stomach, they're effective either way. 😊💪 Just make sure you repeat them regularly and at least once a day to achieve real results.       Thank you very much! The videos are easy to follow with great audio translation to English and clear demonstrations. I was very happy to find an alternative to medications or being miserable. Also, would the exercises be done differently for those who have had a C-section and/or tummy tuck?

    Hey guys do this really helps, how long to do it before se some relief. I have gerd (after gastroscopy) for 3 months now and get a burning sensation in the stomach after every meal, thanks in advance regards

We're sorry to hear you suffer from hip pain and leg length discrepancy - we know how uncomfortable these conditions can be! 😕 But we're happy to tell you that these exercises can actually help relieve your pain and correct your differences in leg length. 💪 If you have trouble getting down on the floor and bending your leg at first, don't worry about it. Just go slow and steady and stretch as far as possible. Your body will get used to this stretch soon, so you'll realize it's getting easier for you to do this stretch every time you repeat it. 💪
      We also use pressure points in the body to help relieve muscular-fascial tension, so you can relax your muscles and literally press away the pain. 🙏 Sometimes it's better to do these first to help release any tension, before performing the stretches.     Thank u 🙏🏼 i have been suffering with acid reflux for 1 year and its been terrible and the breathing exercise helped on the first day the burning in my stomach hasn’t fully gone away yet but I wonder if i do regularly it would fully go away 😃 im taking ppi and i really want to stop them !

      @@amnahamdy1430 i have tried this breathing exercise as well as other diaphragmatic exercises, but what happens with me is that same breathing exercises relieve my symptoms on some days and aggravate my symptoms on other days, so I am not able to continue any such exercises for long term, in short none of the exercises have helped me yet

      Search on utube for "serious keto" - and his 3 video da on how he tried apple cider vinegar when ch helped him alot with his Gerd symptoms. Maybe they might help u. Just remember for anything to work one must 1st change into a healthy lifestyle & diet. Many Asians and Indians suffer alot with reflux cos of the types of diets that are eaten by the population. & of course, smoking n drinking is a major contributor to this disease around the world.
