Thank you so much for showing us how to set it up in a typical British-style living room and play Netflix/games on it I have not found any other such detailed review on youtube done by a British guy for British resident viewers like myself. I'm looking for some time to buy a laser UST projector, but its a long difficult way to choose the best laser UST projector. LG has some rainbow effect, specialy with people who wearing glasses noticed this, while the Samsung has speckles in the screen. Formovie uses ALPD 4.0 which counter both problems. In this period Leica will launch his first UST projector the Cine 1, in collaboration with Hisense. The downside is that Leia is ridiculously expensive and i wait to see if this projector will also have a rainbow or speckled effect with its TriChroma laser engine. Depending on those results i choose between Leica or Formovie. If formovie releases a second theater, i hope that they will choose for the 0.66 DLP chip like LG uses, instead of a 0.47 DLP chip.
    Why the 0.66 dlp chip?
The 0.47 hast to shift 4 times to get 4K while the 0.66 do this in 2 times to get a 4K picture which result in a much sharper picture like LG has.

Great review, I assume that here in the UK you could connect a Sky Q Mini box to the projector to get access to not only Sky live broadcasts but also programmes previously recorded, plus all the other streaming services available on Sky like Netflix, Amazon Prime, etc etc? I know that at present the SKY Q Mini Box is not 4K, would the pixel shifting give a good approximation of 4K?

    • @SaabUnleashed

This seems to be a common issue with many projectors that I have seen reviews of. I assume that this is some kind of licensing issue? Really need help here with the projector, we just got it and have noticed some glitching in some high action films, could this just be the media source? Also how come under game mode it drastically reduces lag but if u have game mode and ullm on it will increase lag?

@@SaabUnleashed for example in one of the trailers for top gun maverick of 4K uhd on CZcams where the jet rolls away from the camera there is tons of glitching or on extraction 2 in intense scenes there was loads of lag and stuttering in high intense scenes but after loads more testing I think it might be a combination of the Pc being used as multimedia playback (not ideal) and Denon 4310 amp (which currently has a broken hdmi board and only allows sound in) is being driven through another port in the gpu causing these issues. The game mode and ulllm issue I still have no idea about, it seems to be a projector issue
