1. It's called contrast ratio. 2. JVC NZ9 is a long throw projector with much better black levels but even that doesn't compete with the Christie Eclipse projector. 🤣🤣🤣 3. Go with an OLED TV if you want true blacks. Projectors are about IMMERSION. NOT picture quality.

Hello, I was thinking of getting either the Joying JY-UZS11N8 or the Eonon UA12S-Plus for Black Friday. Does the Eonon have DTS audio compatibility like the Joying does? If not, I might get the Joying instead. Also, is the Joying JY-UZS08N8 the same as the JY-UZS11N8?
Funnily enough, I just finished recording my 2023 Top 7 Android Head Units video today which is currently in post-production, and both of your choices are on that list. The Eonon doesn't have a centre channel, so you won't get true 5.1ch DTS like the Joying. I couldn't tell you about the differences between those Joyings

No, and your car wouldn't have seperate channels for those speakers anyway. You'll have the normal front, rear, left and right channels like other cars.

Im leaning towards the AWOL 3000 Pro and before purchasing, is it confirmed that Dolby Vision automatically enables with UHD compatible movies and both Netflix & Disney Plus content? My fried bought the 1st generation AWOL, and it didn't deliver on its Dolby Vision promise (Never gained certification)
I have the centre channel below the screen. I will eventually replace this screen with an acoustic one so the speaker can stay behind the screen. I did originally experiment with leaving it on the wall with this screen, but it completely washed out the audio
Does the 120 inch screen size not over power your senses in that space is it not recommended to be a certain distance from the screen depending on size of the screen??? I an in the deciding what size to go for phase lol 120 or 100
I have had large screens for many years, and I absolutely love them. It is, of course, personal preference, but this screen is fully in eyeshot, it's not like sitting in the front row at the cinema where you have to move your head from side to side to see whsts gong on. That being said, 100 inch will be brighter as the projector will have less distance to throw the image

@@sun-pb7xg Given that today's TV size is nearly 100 inches and it is not very expensive anymore. it's clear in my opinion that opting for a 120-inch projector would be a suitable choice, otherwise, you d better just buy a 100 inch TV.
It is a lot of money at $5999, but this is the best in class and you get what you pay for. They offer the LTV-3000 at $3999 which is still an award winning UST projector and is excellent. My 75in TV was 4000, so paying a similar amount for a stunning 100-150in 4k screen is reasonable. Of course the absolute best is an extra $2k
do not like android or fire stick using a pc like am hp el;ite desk amd 3400g and 8 to 16 gb ram is dirt cheap off ebay theses days and searching for videos is loads easier than in the half assed apps on smart sticks and suchs

This has been my hold up on this for a long time. ALR screens are not transparent.

I think 100 would be sufficient for most people, especially if upgrading from a TV, it's less of an extreme change. But I do love my 120
