- Hi you guys!!
I was SHOOK for all the wrong reasons recently, where I nearly choked on a sweet!
That got me thinking about the standard of First-Aid amongst the general public and how everybody needs to be able to perform under high stress!
In this video I have touched on some very common situations, giving you a few tips you might not know!
These include; Choking, Heart-Attack, Fainting & Alcohol Poisioning.
I hope you learn something new and feel more confident & prepared!
*This video applies to ADULTS ONLY*.
There are modified versions of CPR and Abdominal-thrusts for children and babies, that have not been addressed in this video.
Let me know how YOU have dealt with these situations in the comments below! Have you witnessed any life-saving or saved someones life?! LET US KNOW!!
Good luck!
Yvonne xoxo

Hi Yvonne nice to see you again ).
Thank you so much! More people need to be informed about this sort of thing
Oh Yvonne. I'm so sorry you nearly choked on a sweet. But I'm glad you are ok! And that was an amazing video! You really know your stuff and I admire you for that! Anyhow I thought I'd share a story with you. Several Summers ago, I was in Paramount Canada's Wonderland in the Province of Ontario. And it was very hot and humid out. The heat was unbearable! I was in line with my friends to go on a ride. While I was in line, I started to feel very dizzy and light headed from the heat.
Hello Yvonne
I was just thinking to myself earlier in the week that I hadn't seen you on here for a while, then you appear. Another interesting video.
Andy Pluse aww,thank you honey😘
Just discovered this channel and I am already a sort of a fan. Please continue good work (I subscribed today).
Hope you’re ok x
Excellent video! Very helpful info!
I saw your comment on a Tedx video on HSP, then watched your video on fibromyalgia and now this one. How are you doing? Some things that might be helpful for you if your willing to try are meditation, reiki and google empath along with reading the HSP book. I hope this helps you.
Good tips!!!! :) chocking must be soooo scary :/ im glad you're alright! and good to see you again, hope you are doing well :) xx
thanks a mil :)
And I think it was a touch of heat stroke. What I remember from it was I collapsed twice and the people in charge of the ride acted immediately and had the Paramedics from the Medical Tent to come and make sure I was ok. They checked my pulse, gave me water and I was ok then. Then they told me where to find the Medical Tent if anything else happens. Then after that I went on mostly water rides in the water park.
Damn, why can't all health related tips be as clear as these! :-)
Hello again Yvonne, hope your doing alright, your looking very good! xo
