Thoth is the Greek name for this deity, during the time before the Greeks came his original name was Tehuti.
I thought the Greeks just acted like Hermes and Thoth were the same and came up with Hermes trismagistus. Never heard tehuti before, I assumed the Egyptian name was Thoth.
