100% agree goodbye WFAN itâs been fun
I never cared for New York Sports Talk Radio but these guys are the ONLY reason I listened. I started listening to them in 2008 and since then, I learned a lot about New York sports from them. The show was authentic, honest and gritty. No argument was fake. I wish Joe the best in retirement and I wish Evan the best as well with his career. My job as a listener is done. 2008-2020.
I can scarcely believe that someone so obviously frustrated with something would retire. My grandfather died at work because of a similar obsession, and I sort of thought Joe would too.
Everyone is different not everyone is like your grandfather. You act like joe is not gonna be a jets fan anymore. Heâs been a fan since this team first came into the nfl. Heâs retiring let him enjoy his life

I'm going to miss Joe because I know he feels my pain because he's been suffering with this team for as long as I have.
When it was 21-9, I was thinking if we could just score a damn TD it will at least make it look like it's a game, because at 21-16 at least we could say we're competing.
That's how bad this team is. I wasn't hoping for a victory, which we all know was out of the question, but just to compete a little.
Naturally we never did score that Damn TD, and never competed.
I've been through so many rebuilds I can't take it anymore.
Rebuilding is supposed to indicate you started the process of building a winner. But have we?

Carton is more of a mourning zoo show than a sports show. Time will tell if he works with Evan. I would have rather had JJ with Evan
I said the same thing last week when Joe announced his retirement. If they were so desperate to being that obnoxious loudmouth douche nozzle back to the station, they should have just put Carton back in the morning spot with Boomer and get rid of Gio, who is just if not worse than Carton. You can then move JJ into Joe's spot once he retires. How WFAN cannot see this maneuver is beyond me. I'm done with the station after Friday though.

BREAKING NEWS!! Adam Gase gets a contract extension through 2022!! Chris Johnson says wins are overrated and Adam Gase has proven that he understands what it takes to be an extremely competent coach in PRACTICE. Wins on Sundays aren't as important as how you look in practice. Also Johnson is impressed how Gase looks at the film every week and changes NOTHING. Any coach can make adjustments but it takes GUTS to do the same thing over and over again regardless of the outcome
In closing Chris Johnson says Gase is up there with Vince Lombardi and Bill Belichick hence the extension so no other NFL team can steal him from us
