- We can’t always get to the pool for a swim, or even the gym so improvisation is required. There are a few options when it comes to maintaining your swimming specific muscles and in this video, Heather is going to be focusing on the use of physio bands or swim cords!

I'm so lucky I have a 20m pool in my yard
Global Triathlon Network Usually jog 10K in the morning, cykling or outdoor aerobics in the afternoon.😎

Global Triathlon Network I'm very blessed to have a pool in my back yard. It's 10 yards long, so I use my bands tired around a post then tied around my waist & "go swimming".
cycle 10-30km or run 5-15km in the before breakfast and home gym routine before lunch.

I am currently in the scientific diving education programm, and therefore we have to pass a swimming test. Unfortunatetly, all the pools are closed. Thx for your great training programm, it really gives me some light at the end of the tunnel! Regards!!

I used a couple of Bungee straps they seem to work quite well, at least till the sports shops are open! God i miss the pool.

Hi guys, great job in general in all videos but these ones under the current circumstances are awesome; I've got two requests:
1) some of us, like Mark, are still able to do social distancing safe runs or rides on hidden trails of our local areas but if it comes to a full lockdown on our localities, would you recommend similar things to keep our biking and cycling muscles going while on lockdown?
2) once we get back, how do we get back? thinking that lockdowns will go from couple of weeks to 6 months, how do we get back into each of the disciplines... when coming back from an offseason, somehow we got some short or mellow swims/rides/runs, but if we are completely off for whatever time, what do you recommend? and this would be helpful to return from injuries too!

Rodrigo in answer to 1) we will have strength and conditioning content coming for bike and run too. 2) for sure when we get to the other end of this we will address the return to "normal" training.

I got a “fake” TRX from Aldi which is amazing, but I do really like the blu band you are using here. Which brand is it? And let me say that This video is so helpful omg thanks so much!

Most certainly will, it'll work your CV system and some of the same muscles.
