This is actually a really sick update. I'm glad they're willing to make so many huge changes all in one season. The game has needed some refreshing for a while now.
Iâve been dying for major legend changes for the last few seasons so I am in 100% agreement with you. Actually looking forward to this season.

I absolutely LOVE their addition of crafting banners in the replicator. Itâs something Iâve been wanting and suggesting ever since the replicators came out as it only made sense (especially considering Apexâs biggest competitor Warzone allows you to straight up buy your teammates back into the game at buy stations)
Well infinity time for craft and THIRTY materials is quite stupid, u ll just NEVER be solo/duo, except, oc, lategame

The passive nerf for Seer is fine except for the enemy hearing the passive. That completely destroys the entire purpose of Seer as an âAmbush Artistâ.

Dang there are a lot people holding a grudge against apex. Look, we all can say that season 15 was a downer. According to what the devs have announced, I see that this is far more work they have put on compared to other recent seasons. So a step into the RIGHT direction!
PS: I am not a Respawn dev, altho I am a senior CS student but I also have over 4k hours in the game and I know how hard it is (programming wise) to make this kind of change

@@ObscurianZ there was a glitch with the icon in the lobby causing some peolle to crash, so they took it out of play all together and replaced shitty World's Edge as the ranked map for the rest of the season

Honestly crafing banners is the biggest part of this update. No more camping boxes, no more crazy solo games. It's about to get wild
80 Materials to craft a banner and respawn beacon is so cheap haha. This will make ALGS super interesting too. Most of these changes will but Iâm interested to see how that one plays out.
I can totally see someone landing hot drop while teammate drops replicator for 4k damage badge
The "Fun" update. I like this and I think this is going to bring a lot of new players into the game.

Haven't played Apex in months, but I will come back for this update. This is insane! I've been wanting a permanent respawn mode for ages. And the legend reworks seem super dope. Kudos to respawn.

Thats what they meant to do. They are trying to make a more even meta, and most meta pick are in the skirmisher class. So it was basically a nerf for those picks and a buff for the other classes. It makes sense in my eyes
Crypto should be able to scan both control beacons and survery beacons. Fits perfectly for his character and he's a pretty unpopular choice already. Also F's in the chat for Mirage who got SHAFTED as a skirmisher.

@@loganmuggli1863 I like the two buffs he's recieving (scanning legends that shoots his decoy/ extra invisibility time after rez). But I think his ult should be tweaked a bit. Maybe give him a bangalore type speed boost during the beggining of his ult since most people use it as an escape. His style is best for flanking and i think the temporary speed boost would be helpful to get out of tight situations.
As a Mirage main and someone who knows what his buff next season will be, Mirage is mostly used best as an escape artist, amount of times I was able to get my squad banners and escape to safety are countless, sure itâd be easier as Octane or maybe Pathy but they canât misdirect the enemies as well as Mirage can, as a skirmisher, the legend is able to escape combat aswell as control the field a little which fits Mirages play style well
@@BruhPooleand maybe make it so decoys will try to climb walls or jump obstacles when colliding with them đ
4:11 support legends being able to craft team mates banners is a HUGE change and a needed one as especially lifeline has lost a lot of value since the removal of the drone shield.
That does still involve NewCastle and Gibby though.
but it is weird that it is so cheap and can be crafted even after the banner expires

@@likeuhross yeah good point, especially in non-ranked games people often leave 0,5 seconds after being downed. That behaviour should be punished in team based game. Why dont they play solo no fill then?
@likeuhross right, like what happens if someone has no intention of crafting your baner back. You just have to sit and watch? Plus it should be more crafting material imo
I want to keep Arenas. Arenas was a good game mode, and was much more balanced then control. I am happy for TDM and I'm kind of happy for gunrun but still. I hope Arenas goes into mixtape or something

Love the changes. The Horizon lift speed is kind of a nerf because you won't be able to use it to reset and pop a batt in the air

I always wanted a way to buy back your teammates. In this game there's a max 60 people making high kill games only around 25 to 30 kills rather than the upper 40s we see in Warzone. Being able to buy your teammates back will be HUGE for many entertaining streamers. More chances to get your team back means more total kills can happen in a match. Maybe I'll finally be able to get a 20 bomb. Lol

as every game . after time it always need a big update that more focused on the game flow and bugs . so this is a welcomed one
Loved everything except the round based TDM. Just set a high score limit with quick respawns and everybody's having fun.

I really hope they did something for Maggie & Ashes ultimate. Like a trajectory for Maggie ult would help to not get hit by your own ult. Also, to fix Ashes ultimate trajectory. Also had a suggestion for Mirage ult. Instead of just Mirage clones you could do it like mobile and send out clones of teammates too.

I was smiling so much during this video I'm beyond eager to play again.
I've played quite literally two total games this season, partially from sbmm/teammate toxicity and partially because this game requires a lot of practice which I didn't have the heart to put in to keep myself and others alive during a game.
I feel like after 4 years Apex has finally gotten out of beta mode and is finally a complete game.

Rev ult could be cool if we can control if we want to teleport back as sometimes you put it down, try to enter a fight and it runs out and ur in the middle of a fight in an awkward position.
i think hes going to be very strong player . considering you can keep his drone at the scanner and continue pinging locations of enemies
Are stats gonna track for the new modes if so you might as well keep the throne clean for the control king

The orientation matches need to not count towards any badges at all or stats I feel, it's just another reason badges mean nothing if you can get any damage or kill batch at all from the orientation matches

About time that Respawn breathes some new life into the game! An overhaul in the most foundational mechanics of the game is something risky for a studio to do to their game... I feel like this is an absolute W though! I cannot wait to be playin' again [as I took a solid break off the game this past season] :) Great content, per the norm Ottr; so glad to see your community growing still and to see you enjoying the content work itself. I remember when I first came across you on Twitch, the grind was definitely a lot more taxing on you it seemed. (which I could only imagine it being) GG my man
Iâm from apex mobile and somehow have made it to level 6 without wining a single match and only getting 3 kills on pc so when the next season rolls around will I be put in bot lobbyâs? Cause that would be insanely helpful and more enjoyable,maybe I wonât die instantly to đ
i was expecting a revenant buff at least give him fortified for the lack of speed and hitbox. buff his ultimate to give his team the stalker perk that way can be used to chase people up walls more fluently.

Honestly I love all these changes. As a controller player on PC, I was slightly worried about what you meant, but as the video went on, I honestly felt more and more relief. 1. The overall changes are what this game needed. A healthy healing period where we focus on game health over new flashy character and everything else is the same. 2. Overall, all the controller "nerfs" are in my wheelhouse. For ones that abused those mechanics (either switched to roller/meta chars when they realized how broken they were), they will definitely feel it. But for wattson main me that actually enjoys shotguns, this is actually exciting. Overall an awesome recap.
But no arena what did we ever do at least we never complained đą

omg as a season 1 player bloodhound main, seeing the ability to revive teammates after the timer is out is insane! Hopefully less rage quit players. Sad how bloodhound is goin back to his season 1 days I liked his new abilities but as an og ill make it work.
