For Caustic, I feel as thought the best advantage is a fear tactic. It knocks you off your senses of focus while you are being gassed. It can also be used for temporary cover and blockades

You have some wrong Info on wraith's ult, it's now 75m instead of 100m, they nerfed it when they made it last only 4 seconds in zone

Catalyst main here, her ult is extremely effective in doors as it disorientates opponents and splits the room. Also if you use and ult accel right after using the veil it will recharge almost as soon as your ult goes down.
I think it's important to note that for Bangalore you shouldn't ult the enemies when your trying to push, it only slows you down. However, the tip you gave can be usefull if you need time to reset before pushing.
Its also really good for third partying fights out in the open. just throw down the ult at a huge team fight and watch the chaos ensue.
@@Le_Baguet this can also result in breaking it up and everyone getting cover. It does work well when the fight is out in the open

Forgot to say with lifeline ult is incredible useful if you somehow make it to the final circle and use it to crush your opponents. Incredible hard to do but satisfactory, I once did in world's edge in the bridge as they were on top of me, had to go up the zipline and sacrifice myself but by team won

Ash's ult also can go through Catalyst ult without taking the blindness and slowness effect

I don't recall respawn saying anything about Catalyst's ult blocking any scans......
In the trailer, when seer uses his ult to locate catalyst's squad, he only drops it after she ults, giving them enough time to dip before being spotted by seer's ult, I don't think that was to show her ults ability to block seer's ult
People still pertains that catalyst trailer lie to them becust thay don't think enough happy to see someone to points it out

Also, Maggie’s wrecking ball can destroy basically any deployable instantly, even gibraltars dome. Newcastles wall can tank it just enough tho. It catches Gibraltar squads by surprise when their “indestructible” defense gets destroyed
it is good to remember that newcastle's ultimate pushes enemies back from your landing position you can use that to push enemies off highground and take it yourself.
Dark veil should’ve been like a reverse seer ult , big orb of untrackable darkness. Like tosen’s bankai
I am an Octane main and I sometimes throw grenades at the jump pad not only to destroy the pad
but to destroy anyone that follows me as well by throwing them right in the middle
as grenades and various abilities including caustics grenades and traps, horizons black hole and even another launch pad bounces off the said pad
Finally! Someone who understands how to use mirages ult! This works 90% of the time!

Two counterpoints to Newcastle: Mad Maggie can cause trouble on either side of the wall. Riot drill goes through it, but wrecking ball will stun foes without sending them too far when it is thrown on the other side of

Ult accelerants are probably the most unused item. I liked Fuse and Bangalore. Fuses Ult tho needs a grid or criss-cross pattern within the ring of fire. And I watch a lot of players throw their Tact/Ult in front of the enemy when they could've put it behind them forcing them to stay in front of you while you push them. No retreat equals defeat.

Loba enjoyer here: When shopping to gear up after dropping, prioritize BLUE over PURPLE/GOLD, because you can see the PURPLE/GOLD items due to your passive, thus grabbing PURPLE/GOLD on foot is better than wasting your 2 black market slots for them.
tl;dr: When safe-dropping, grab blue items with black market, and go after the purple on foot. More efficient that way.
Another thing to note is you can mark the evo in the black market then exit bm and hold ping button on the ping of the evo and it makes a line that leads you to the evo so you don't need to look around you can do that
wattsons ult also destroys catalysts spike traps learned that the hard way playing with a friend

10k kill/Master level Rampart main here.
-A single shot from shiela breaks doors. Grief enemies trying to hold buildings from afar with it.
-Your teammate can get a rez before you run out of ammo. Just start firing to hold back a push. Works as long as they don't have too many angles to push from.
-Once you run out of ammo with Sheila (provided you have good positioning or are still trying to supress) place the ult down and you have another 173 shots as it places down fully reloaded.
Shiela is the highest ttk weapon.
-Push buildings by blocking an entrance or two with a wall then firing inside. Causes chaos and it works on a TON of the buildings on Broken Moon.
-Do not overcommit to shiela. Apex is a movement heavy game and you need to be moving often. Learing when to use shiela is as important as knowing when not to. Walls are an entirely different beast.
-hide your laser when trying to surprise a team that you expect to come by. Works really well on zip buildings as the spinning sound is far less recognizable than the initial spin up.

Everyone always fails to mention bloodhounds ult allows them to have reduced recoil on any weapon they have equiped
Nice tip for a training wheels legend. BH mains already have their hand being held by respawn as they’re told where their rivals are at now they’re also getting their recoiled handled for them smh 🤦♂️. Blood hound is soo gay not even seer that looks twice as gay. Scanning legends are so lame.

Wait Catalyst/Maggie/Seer comp; Gold helmet on catalyst. That would be INSANE.
Man… not even a mention that Sheila is the best door counter in the game, even with catalyst in the game. If you see someone blocking a door to get a heal off. Punish them. Just a single bullet takes the whole door out!
You missed one of the most important tips about the boutique. You can see the general direction of on item with the boutique, if you have already used the 2 slots.
Ping an item in the boutique you want. Step out the boutique. Then try to ping the item from the outside, but keep the ping-button pressed. Then the boutique will show a linie, where the item is.

The door thing right? Yeah I had the idea when we had only two exits and Wattson wasn’t a thing so no way to block a door unless it was caustic. The trick to it is to face looking out ward never in because of you face in ward they will chase facing you better to have them facing away. And have them walk outside and not have entry to the building for a bit. And if they do take the portal again they get beamed by your other friend on the other door/exit. Most people know about this so they won’t chance a portal when on a door it’s 100% a trap

Use bloodhound ultra and holster your weapon it gives you panic speed
If you're running vantage you can use the ult accelerants by clicking them in your inventory if you already have a bullet loaded up it won't allow you to use it with the lb+rb

Thank you for saying that vantage can run a regular load out. I was in a gold.lobby with a master player who said "I have to run a sniper" because I took their main and the game picked vantage for them. I said no that's not how you use vantage run a regular load out on her because her ult is a sniper. Kinda get frustrated when higher ranked players don't know some.of these basic things.

Hey just wanted to say, dark veil was never supposed to block scanning. In the trailer the enemy team just went around the wall. Granted the trailer made it seem the wall was a bit smaller but taller

Bangalore’s ult is terrible , the only time it’s good is when you’re trying to make the last 2 teams scatter about 5 steps away from the rockets , then push , or they just walk past the rockets before detention

A use for revs ult that I use is that if I'm being chased by more than 1 person I put it down but don't use it but the enemy's usually grab it so after they grab it run and kill them so they get sent back to the totem since they only have 100 hp

Hey guys, I've always been good at fps games but I keep getting destroyed in this game. Seeing a squad is kind of like seeing alien(Like in Alien:Isolation) because I know I'm gonna die even if I do a lot of damage.

maybe movement & positioning is your issue. cause in Apex just shooting your gun isn't enough with same skill lvl opponent.
@@namelessseeker Yeah, I'm not familiar with the movement and the maps. The last time I played was on a PS4 during season 1. Now I play on pc in season 15 😆
@@aaronj.5414 u should feel right at home after a week or a month then, since u already have the aim down.
Always fight from behind cover, you don't really need to learn any movement techniques you just need to know how to get around the area that you are fighting in to reposition.
