    Ingredients:
    - 1 cup chicken
    - 1 onion, finely chopped
    - 2 tbsp ginger garlic paste
    - 1 cup chopped capsicum
    - soy sauce & chilli sauce
    - Salt and pepper to taste
    - Red chilli flakes
    - 1/2 cup heavy cream
    - 1 cup Chadder cheese
    - 1 cup of whole flour (maida)
    - Oil for frying
    Instructions:
    1. In a pan, heat some oil and add chopped onions, garlic, and ginger. Saute until onions are translucent.
    2. Add chicken to the pan and mix well with the onion mixture.
    3. Stir in salt, and pepper & chilli flakes. Cook for a few minutes until the chicken is coated with the spices.
    4. Add chilli sauce & soy sauce
    5. Pour in the heavy cream and mix until well combined. Cook for another 2-3 minutes until the mixture thickens slightly.
    6. Remove the pan from the heat and let the filling cool down.
    7. Add some chadder cheese & mix
    8. Take one samosa pastry sheet and place a spoonful of the chicken filling in the center.
    9. Fold the pastry sheet over the filling to form a triangle, then fold the edges to seal, creating a lifafa (envelope) shape. Repeat with the remaining pastry sheets and filling.
    10. You can also make these sheets at home with whole flour (maida)
    11. Heat oil in a deep frying pan over medium heat. Carefully add the stuffed samosas and fry until golden brown and crispy on all sides.
    12. Once cooked, remove the samosas from the oil and drain on paper towels to remove excess oil.
    13. Serve hot with your favorite chutney or sauce. Enjoy your creamy chicken lifafa samosas!
