Gorgeous guitars, but I can buy a Japanese made Prestige model for this price that includes a hardcase as well. I'm honestly not sure which one to go for at this point. Paying around 1.5 grand for an Indonesian made guitar seems questionable. Which one would you for if you could choose? The Prestige RG652AHMFX or these? Some insight would be greatly appreciated mate. Thanks for all the wonderful content!
You will have been playing this one for a year by the time you actually get your hands on the Prestige. 2 grand outta the pocket with no guitar in hand is an awful tough sell.
@@shortbusbully No clue where you're getting the "one year" time line from man. The prestiges are in stock at a local store. I'm not paying 1.5 grand for an indonesian made guitar.
@@drconflict629 Lucky you, go buy em up. For the rest of us, without such music stores locally (my local Guitar Center, the only shop in town, doesn't stock a SINGLE ibanez), the waitlist for Prestiges is literally a year.

Not sure why I was hoping that one guitar was actually bigger than the other based on the thumbnail… I’m pretty sure most guitars don’t “do” that sort of thing. Great tone on both models though!
I just got the brown one and it sounds like my neck pickup is a bridge pickup.. is there something weird wiring wise that can cause this or did they just give me a bridge pickup instead of a neck pickup?
Tried switching pickup height, no difference. It's just the one of the two nearest to the neck
