Here is a sped up portrait of a watercolour painting of a young lady done from life. I set up the camera on a tripod and unfortunately the battery ran out half way through, but it's still fun to watch!
@@JamesPotterAboutArt I finally gave one a go this week, although it was a bit more than just the face. I got the eyes wrong on the face and the hands too small. It was a "portrait" of a man playing a flute.
That’s great that you’ve given it a go Mark. It’s quite a daunting thing tackling a Portrait. Probably the most important thing you can do is get the drawing right after that you’re on the homerun. Best wishes, James
