Our whole age of “nothing matters until something goes viral” is incredibly freaking depressing.
Seriously.
I don't think that's what it is. Everything matters. It's just that this world is so big and the news outlets have become so small in comparison to what gets dished out. They just can't keep up
Well before we only saw what entertainment media "news" deemed important and interesting enough to broadcast to the world. At least now there's some "power to the people".
Your Comment is *TRUTH!*
🤷♀️
I'm confused.
Was her bag stolen, yet UA was saying they would get it to her ?
Time to airtag your belongings and hold these companies accountable
Yup I buy AirTags for everything now lol. Hidden in my car, luggage, backpack
@@HuyFishin My peers have been putting airtags on their wheelchairs... It's so sad.
Nah. Stop checking luggage and just ship it to your destination if it's that important.
Cause you don’t need to be held accountable. You are perfect and a genius. Yeah fucking right you reject of life you fucking dumb fuck
I put a AirTag in my truck, keys, wallet ATV
If you see your bag is at a residence that isn’t yours, you should immediately call the cops to meet you there to claim your belongings and file a theft report.
There should be NO reason a courier brings your bags home with them.
Absolutely. A company that allows its employees to take the personal property of its customers to their employees' homes is a company that should NOT be in business.
Independent contractors/couriers often work from home. Their home is their office. Are you really going to have cops show up at the homes of all couriers too small to have their own warehouse? Many businesses rely on these small, home-based businesses to operate more efficiently at a reduced cost.
@@mikeJohnson-ie2md yes
@@Robbie09what a dumb thing to do. Also, Amazon allows you to take undeliverable packages home until the next day…
@@mikeJohnson-ie2md if your working as a courier and I want my shit from your home, you better believe I’m getting my shit, it’s not a business dude, if I track it to a house that’s reasonable suspicion that someone stole my bags. Think about it. They should have offices or maybe do the delivery when they get it, and not sit on it.
My mother in law got her luggage “lost” when she arrived to Cancun , Mexico. They told her they located the suitcase and would deliver it to her hotel personally. They gave it back 5 days later just one day before she was flying back and they made sure to deliver it to lobby staff instead of giving it to her personally like they claim they would so she could inspect it. When she opened her suitcase every valuable item was gone. Perfume, designer bag, the best shoes and sandals they found, gone. After that incident she doesn’t keep anything valuable in her checked bag
They have told people for 25 years to never put valuables in your checked baggage.
Ooof. That's why I never travel with valuable stuff. Laptop and phone are carry-on, and with me at all times.
Sucks, tho. The longer I live, the more I realize that I simply have to face up to the fact that the world is full of sociopaths, psychopaths, narcissists, opportunists, etc. And they look just like anyone else!! Could be your neighbor, babysitter, pastor, financial manager, guy beside you on the train. And you just have to be prepared for that.
@@ImaOKay522 Very good advice.
These third party companies should not be allowed to do their job from home.

Happened to me with Hawaiian Airlines on Dec. 18. Traveled to Las Vegas for my son's college graduation, 3 pieces of luggage didn't arrive at baggage claim. I made a report and Hawaiian Airlines couldn't tell me where my bags were for 2 days. I received an email and not a phone call to let me know my bags were on another flight to Vegas. I got my bags delivered the morning of day 3. I filed a claim with Hawaiian to get reimbursed for necessities we had to purchase while waiting for our luggage. Submitted the claim on Dec. 27 and I have not received any confirmation or communication from Hawaiian Airlines saying it is being processed. Sent and email directly to Peter Ingram and still no communication back. Poor customer service.
Check in with consumer protection authorities if you are still waiting for your bag.
This why I don't check bags
Better business bureau and consumer protection authorities
Sadly, tweeting your comment may be a faster way to get them to take responsibility for their error & make it right. Companies hate being exposed publicly for their customer service failures, and they tend to act quickly under those circumstances.
Seriously ? My God in the hotel industry several people and a manager would loose their jobs . At a luxury hotel I watched 2 of their best managers get fired for deleting emails. I'm a accountant so my job is all about the details not just the numbers.
Even if they’re a third party vendor, they should not be taking people’s luggage home with them. Why would they need to? Unless they’re gonna go through your stuff 🤔
I worked at an airport, and we had two different people who would handle misdirected luggage. It was a small airport, so two people was enough. I watched the guy squeeze in a couple of pieces of luggage into his sedan. It was no easy task, but he then has to take that luggage and route it out. But, we never had complaints of luggage sitting at either person's house for days. I believe this is all they did for a living, so they got it done quickly.
My thoughts exactly! Something seems very fishy about that.
If they are picking up tons of luggage, it needs sorted. Only an idiot tales 10 trips north and 15 trips west when they could have sorted and done one trip each way. We aren't talking about delivering 3 pieces of luggage. We're talking about an entire plane 175 seats.
I would think insurance reasons would be a major issue they shouldn't take bags home with them. Can they guarantee the bag will not be stolen or damaged at somebody else's home.
@Caged that's really good logic but airports most likely won't allow them in any of the private areas to sort because of THEIR (airport) security. They don't care about ours and I don't see too many people actually insuring their luggage
I’m sorry, what? They often take the luggage HOME TO BE SORTED??!??? How is this even a thing!??
It’s a thing baby
THATS WHAT CAUGHT MY ATTENTION... Like no? My belongings shouldn't be at a residential home. The people saying this, how would they feel if they saw something like that... RIDICULOUS.
It's a small company. They don't want to pay for storage fees so they use their homes as storage
It is by criminals.
Exactly ! There should be a warehouse instead dedicated for that ! That’s how things end up “missing” or “lost” aka stolen .
They pat you down to the point of feeling violated but cant tackle a person that steals your belongings.
Right?!
I'm noticing the same thing with the mailing system. Some delivery companies says a package is out for delivery and it never arrives. Sometimes the package gets lost in transit or the delivery service doesn't put an estimated delivery date. The frustrating part is when the tracking notification says it's at a facility in your town or city and is never delievered. I don't know if it goes back to the sender if you request a refund or someone who works at the facility gets a free item.
So what about the luggage that was abandoned outside the residential home/apartment 👉🏽by the trash can 🗑???
The 3rd party criteria should be a business/ office and not someone’s personal residence.
I had seen in a news article that she went back to the same spot where the empty luggage was, and they had disappeared.
Mafia
As we've learned recently, it does happens. SMH. Taking people's luggage? That's just weird.
Yes that so bad , just some random dude gets contracted to handle missing luggage 😱 that’s the real story
If the airlines learned anything from this, is that they need to question the trust in their 3rd party they contracted to deliver luggage to their passengers. If too many instances have been reported, things needs to change.
This is how airtags should be used and not for nefarious means like stalking someone.
If you really want to steal the bag, it is easy to find and toss an Airtag
"Should" is a funny word. Lots of people on this planet with different interpretations of what "should" happen -- often subject to their own personal gain.

Lost so many things to dishonest baggage handlers - NOT third party. Especially Chicago, but Newark as well. This time might have been third party but I have had stuff go missing on direct flights when there was zero chance of confusion. Once a female employee was “helping” to speed a long line and told me my bag was overweight and I had to remove some stuff. I opened the bag to take out a coat - and apparently she liked what she saw because when I checked the bag in Chicago it mysteriously disappeared. They paid me pennies on the dollar for my wardrobe, etc. I suspect it is a huge ring. Also the stores that they have to sell unclaimed luggage are disgusting. They have no right when they make no effort to locate the owners. Airlines/Airports need to be held accountable for the thievery.

I'll never forget the time I left a bag on the plane. This was in the early 80's. It was delivered to our house. BY THE PILOT! Turns out that he & his wife had known my parents since they were kids & he recognized my name. But I was incredibly impressed with that level of customer service! I can't see that happening today.

Let me get this straight… you think in the 80s pilots after landing the plane, on their time off as part of the excellent customer service from that era, went around delivering lost luggage??? Quick question, you get help getting dressed every morning, right?!
United airlines kicked me out of my flight as I was in the airport 40m prior to the flight due to a bug in their system. They gave me first class for a flight 7 hours later. I tried to join that flight 7 hours later for first class was denied the first class told me I had to go to the next flight 4 hours later (my luggage was on the first class flight I was denied to). I waited 11 hours for my flight in the airport 0 compensation also they nearly lost my luggage at the airport making me wait another 2 hours so they can find my luggage. I made a ticket to them VIA email complaining said they’d give me credits and never did. That airlines needs to be shut down for how poorly it’s being managed I sincerely will never be flying united airlines again for how poor their management is.
All airlines need to be held accountable for this. This is completely unacceptable

This is crazy! My friends and I just came back from Dublin 🇮🇪 a few days ago and one of my friends bags never made it back to the States. She was told it never left it’s location, but my other friend and I got ours, and we all checked in our bags at the same time 🤔 I pray 🙏🏾 this doesn’t happen to her luggage
It’s crazy but due to the fear of losing my bag and high luggage fees I just travel light with a backpack and wash my clothes in the sink 🤦🏽♀️
Yup me too.
Same and have been doing it since 1986.
Same but I do this because I don’t want to pay for a bag.
If I can’t keep it in the overhead bin directly above me the whole duration of the flight I don’t need it
Same. It is in the overhead bin or always in sight. And I don’t mind wearing the same clothing and washing. Also, I’ll keep the hygiene and makeup minimal.
That’s true I’m a third party contractor for Alaska and United. Some ppl are dishonest and will steal your bag. So please put an AirTag on all of your luggage.
Apple approves your promotion of their product
My oldest daughter and mother just recently traveled in United and my daughter was struggling with luggage while helping my elderly and disabled mother. Even though this took place in front of flight attendant staff they did nothing to assist both ladies. They just stood there and saw them struggling
Flight attendants don't help with luggage because their companies won't compensate them for injuries that might occur while lifting them. They're actually told that. Those who do help do so at their own discretion and risk. They're actually not getting paid during the boarding process, and likely aren't covered for any injuries that they might receive during that time.
@@americanfairyis this the fancy way of saying, “I don’t work in that area, let me get you someone who does”? Any other job you’d call them lazy, here it’s known as, I don’t get paid enough for that lol
The others are correct...many airlines' policies don't permit flight attendants lifting customer's bags into an overhead compartment. Some will do it anyways but it's a risk they take.
I've seen instances where the bag is so heavy, the customer cannot even lift it barely an inch off the floor. These overweight/oversized bags should never come onboard as a "carry-on'" in the first place.
A male airport rep showed up to help my mother be pushed in a 💺 throughout the airport. I tipped him about 4 to 5 dollars. He looked at the money like what is this. I should've snatched it from him! There was an eldery lady who died in her wheel chair as she tumbled down the escalator. The airport rep never showed up for the lady . She tried to navigate by herself.
These ppl can be evil! Purposely leaning on bag scale too.
@@SunnyDiegoProduction No, it's simply as I already said. Flight attendants do not get covered if they get injured for lifting someone else's overweight bags. Their job is primarily passenger safety in the event of an emergency. They're not baby-sitters, concierge, waiters, or whatever else you may think they are. Learn more about the industry before you criticize it.
First off, I used to work for two different airlines, and one of them being in the luggage department (AKA the Ramp Department) and no matter what the case may be customers luggages should NEVER be at someone’s apartment or house.
This is why it is important never to put electronics in checked luggage and keep the expensive items in your carry on. Also, use credit cards with travel insurance because your belongings can be covered if they are lost. I do not keep anything super expensive or confidential in a checked bag.
but sometimes when you get to the gate they want to check in carryons and you don’t want to be a karen at the airport
@@reneealicia Right. Lol. But, those bags don't go through TSA. They aren't being opened. If you notice, they take them before you enter the plane. Then they will just throw it under the plane with all of the checked luggage. That's were standing and waiting at the gate 3 hours before departure comes in handy. 😅
If there is any theft, I assume it is happening behind the scenes at the airline counters because the bags are likely inspected and opened at that stage. Another opportunity for theft is if the bag isn't retrieved in time. The new airport will clear the belt and the luggage that remains will be moved to another room and reopened and inspected.

I was almost at the point that i thought someone stole it. we called the airlines over and over for days to get his bag and they told us they couldn’t even give us the number to the bag service but finally the next morning over 2 days since we landed some guy in just a random car dropped it off. I used to say the same about bringing a bag on board. So many times I’ve meticulously packed a carry-on in order to abide by all those stupid carry-on rules (you can’t have toothpaste over 5 ounces, no wait 3 ounces, oh we just decided 5 minutes ago you can’t carry on toothpaste at all), only to have my belongings thrown out by power tripper TSA agents. I’ve also had to pay a hefty fee once or twice to have my bag checked AFTER boarding the plane because it didn’t fit the cubbies although it fit in those practice cubbies they have at check-in. A few years ago I said forget it, I’m never doing carry-ons anymore. Well it appears the only solution is to completely avoid flying. Luckily many people like myself work from home now days and can take the time for an extended trip. Overseas can be an issue but according to Gretta Thoronburg we should be using sailboats anyway 🙂

As an airline employee, worked through all the madness that happened last year, and if this is true that happened to this passenger, this is really unfortunate. The airline will point fingers at whose fault it is, that's just how this goes. What people do not understand is there are airline employees who truly cares and sincerely wants to help and this happens, it's upsetting. It is truly helpful to have a GPS tracker in your bag, I personally use one and been doing that for over the years I have been traveling since airtag was invented, waaaaaaaaaay before the airtag hype because I always play it safe.
Good idea. What's a good brand for an GPS tracker?
Which tracker are you using?
I have the airtag and Samsung since I have both phones, they both work well. Battery life wise, I do prefer the airtag.
Why would it not be true, you sound like the airlines? I know you mean no ill will - but in light of the story - the gravity - the use of tech - must we put her the customer on a stand and swear she’s telling the truth.
Just my observation of an employee or former employee’s initial reaction.
People should perhaps sew in the airtag into the trolley'coating layers. This way it is not visible to be removed!
Had a bag go missing once that had my medications in it which I needed every day/night. I didn’t get my meds until 5 days AFTER I was suppose to have it. By then I had already had a mental breakdown and was just losing it, since I always carry that important stuff WITH ME now. I don’t trust strangers with my stuff anymore.
This is exactly why I don't want to trust my luggage with any of the airline staff. It gets lost way too easily, and stuff gets trashed as they handle it. And I bet the reason they handle it so roughly is because they're rushing it so the plane can take off in due time
Something similar happened to me over the summer with another airline. After 3 days of turmoil with the 3rd party courier I insisted on it being sent back to the airport. It was clear that the courier service lacked empathy and genuine care.
That sucks. I think another good tip would be to not take anything that you really want to lose on a trip. Just fill that bag with clothes that can be easily replaced. If you want to travel with something really important just take it on the carry on.
Don’t blame the victim

Last year, I flew with United airlines to Italy. I missed my connecting flight because UA was delayed and their staffs refused to rebook me for another flight even though it was their fault. They told me to go and talk to Scandinavian airlines instead. I went and Scandinavian airlines told me they couldn’t book me for another flight since they had no more flights for that day. I had to go back and fight with United that was when they finally rebooked me for a flight with Swiss airlines. They reassured me that my checked baggage would accompany me on the same flight but I guess the staffs didn’t even know what they were saying. My checked baggage ended up going to… who knows where and I didn’t get it back until the day before I left Venice. United airlines is a joke. Back in 1990, I landed in LGA but my bags didn’t. My bags were delivered to me by a guy in his own vehicle no more than four hours later. He looked to be a senior dude just earning a little while in retirement. The uber of lost luggage. I like that idea.
Riddle me this! This is BEYOND BAD CUSTOMER SERVICE. THIS IS THEFT. Does a UPS driver or mail carrier take packages to their home to sort through them??? Not to mention leave the boxes next to the dumpster??? PLEASE DON'T TELL ME ANYONE IS BUYING THIS HOGWASH!!! DON'T LET UNITED GET AWAY WITH THIS B.S.
Oh Wow, Newark ... What could possibly go wrong ?
Same happened to me on United
My kitty was lost at YYZ. He ended up running on the tarmac with about 30 airport staff chasing him.
Airport stopped flights as everyone was watching.
They did their best nabbing him.
Apparently it cost the airport around 70k due to delays.
Priceless.
That’s quite a CATastrophe.
Give ‘em hell kitty!😹
Random luggage bags should near go to a third party company’s house period!!
*not
@@vonbee22 *never
Whether the bags are sent to a 3rd party, United needs to definitively keep track of the bags!!!! To tell the customer that the bag is at the terminal, but in a actuality, it is in someone else's home, outside by the dumpster, that is huge neglect!!!
If it’s at some random place it doesn’t mean it is stolen, it just means the person delivering it is looking through it for something valuable.
Never check bags, pack light and only travel with a carry on and large purse. It saves so much time and stress and money.
It’s not only United Airlines. And the most heartbreaking thing is when you go to talk to the agents,,,they are mouth smart to do what they can but they really don’t do the search…they give you the round around talk…you give them your business and they aren’t appreciative….life is getting more chaotic.sucks😟
Well to be fair....don't blame the customer service agent in a call center in India for your missing bag. They are only looking at a computer and telling you what they see. They themselves are probably contracted by United.
@@cagedtigersteve Yeah, but they know what they're doing. They know your bag is in the hands of some rando, but they're not going to tell you. They're just all "Ma'am. I'm going to need you to calm down. There's nothing we can do, here." Dude, I now have 1 pair of dirty underwear for the next two weeks. You CHARGED ME for this service. At least, INFORM ME of what's happening. And REFUND ME. It's like when pets "go missing" on a plane. They didn't go missing -- their carrier wasn't pressurized or temperature controlled properly and YOU KILLED THEM. But they're not gonna tell you that, or even apologize. Until they go viral or get sued. They're trained to blame it on YOU and be fulla bs.
They obviously have 1 or 2 dirty baggage Handlers on the inside who's stealing them and probably handing them off to someone else in the airport or outside the airport. Definitely some baggage smuggling ring going on there at that airport. This should most definitely be investigated and broken up and arrest those responsible.
That's why I try not to check a bag anymore so much of a mess with airlines now especially with layovers and plan changes.
It's better to just pick up your luggage from the airport yourself. It's heinous that a courier service would do this. The airlines also have a duty to respond to their passengers' concerns about undelivered luggage by putting pressure on their third party vendors that they chose to sign a contract with.
I agree with you. But for some people the airport might be 2 hours away. I guess driving 4 hours to get your luggage back is better than having it end up near a dumpster and already picked through. What a shame that being a thief is no longer something to be ashamed of and fired over. If these 3rd party vendors started firing employees who scan items and never deliver then that might clean up their business reputations a bit.
FINALLY. I’m glad these airlines are finally getting their due and people are exposing their terrible service. People always make snide comments about “crazy customers” - THIS IS WHY THEY ARE CRAZY. Because employees gaslight HARD even when they are clearly in the wrong. 1 out of 10 of those people is going to punch you in the face. 🤷🏽♀️ Maybe that’s wrong, but we really need to start focusing on the fact that is what ALL 10 are dealing with! People pay 100s of $ to get on planes. Try treating them that way. It’s not a city bus!
That's true, but also in my experience, city bus drivers have been very professional. Polite, helpful and knowledgeable.
An understaffed airline can't deal with issues properly so they deffer and not take responsibility because that costs extra money. The greed levels are real and affects not just the staff but also the customers.
This wasn’t “chaos” or “confusion”. This wasn’t some accidental delivery to a wrong house. She found piles of empty suitcases. This was a business stealing and selling the contents of the suitcases.
Disgusting how the media is covering for these criminals to protect the airline’s reputation.
This happened to me last week on Delta! Our flight got cancelled after we checked in at the airport. There were no more flights available for 4 days so we did not rebook. We waited over 24hrs for our bags to be pulled for us, my AirTag showed they were still at the gate. The next day we got a notification that they were being shipped to Florida… without us. So we had to scramble, get in the car, and drive from Michigan to Tampa to get our bags.
That’s a damn shame
Jesus. That's a hike. Sorry to hear.
Damn
Typical for Delta
Crazy that a bag would be taken to someone’s house.
For them to poke through and take anything worthwhile with no repurcussions 🤦♂️🤦♂️. Absolutely wild.
Yeah they need to be more careful.
Is having a criminal record relating to theft and damage to property a requirement for baggage handlers or is stealing from any bag no secured listed as a perk in their hiring ads?
i need to buy an Airtag asap
In this case SocialMedia has triumphed...its inexcusable this bad Customer Service!
This is just great. I have a flight on United in less than 48 hours and this makes me nervous
Watching stuff like this makes me happier and more thankful that I always fly Delta..
A bag tracker that’s an excellent idea 😏
We need more people doing this to show the airlines how they are hiring thieves to steal from paying customers!!!
Airlines don't care as long as the third party is cheap.
Glad to know people at these apartments complexes and homes are guarding our luggage for us 😂
A system is only as good as the integrity of the individual workers.
We flew southwest back in Sept from Portland back home to Las Vegas n my luggage was sent to Oakland instead of Vegas n we had to wait 3 days for my luggage thankfully my meds were in my carry on
I'm so glad they specifically said that if you see it go to an office, home, or apartment, don't assume it is stolen. Most of the time, it is being sorted.
Hello Amina
How are you doing today?
"In united, we bring a whole new meaning to an unbelievable experience."
This happened to me but with Frontier.
Seems airlines using a 3rd party should either be illegal or airlines should be required to publically disclose they use 3rd parties so that customers can avoid those carriers altogether.
Airlines should also be required to tell each and every passenger verbally they use 3rd parties. This because you hand your belongings to them to deliver, you didn't hand it to a 3rd party, they do, without your permission.
This is why I started only taking carryons
I wish all the missing people in the world would get as much attention as a lost piece of luggage would.
Why not both? 🤦🏽♀
Good answer United!
I get taking a load to a center as a legitimate business to sort it all out, but how is it even reasonable to allow these drivers to go back to their homes to do the sorting?
Oof. 🤦🏻♀️ After a series of my and my family's luggage came back destroyed several trips in a row (different carriers), I stopped checking bags almost 15 years ago. I pack a carry-on army-style and will use a self-serve laundry/laundry or dry cleaning service at my destination if needed. Haven't had to yet, but I can see myself shipping items ahead of me to avoid checking baggage - don't plan to do it ever.
This happens all the time. Usually doesn’t end well for the person who actually belongs the luggage. The airlines should be held accountable
The fact that the woman in the first story, found several EMPTY baggage at the apartment residence is telling.
I watched my suitcase and snowboarding bag go through the customs conveyer belt from Swiss Air to United, when I got back to Appleton, WI, neither were there. I got my suitcase bag three days later, but my snowboarding bag with my board, bindings, boots, and a TON of clothes, gloves, socks etc... (about $3k worth of clothes and equipment) never showed up. I called United ENDLESSLY and got nothing but digital menu after digital menu and when I DID get a person, it was a phone bank in India. I KNEW their "lost luggage" warehouse was in Chicago, but could not find the address or the procedure to go and look for my bag. Finally, 6 months later, my mother pretended to be applying for a job with United and got ahold of an email of one of the upper managers. Only THEN, when she explained the situation, were we emailed a voucher I could fill out and were cut a reimbursement check within the week. I have NEVER flown United again nor will I ever. I will pay more money on a different airline, do multiple stops, or fly at insane hours to avoid United. (This was in 2006/2007 so no air tags available).
See this is why I go delta. I had a flight delayed bc of a storm and my bag and my parents bags never made it home. They were on the next flight out and delta gave us a tracker to watch as the bags were driven by their own employees directly to the house so we could even plan for the arrival.
Shes probably faking this
@@hah5663 It happened on a flight home from Denver, CO to Allentown, PA. It was when I was 15 during high school and my parents planned the trip. We have family friends that live just west of Denver. Naturally it was during the stormy season there in the summer. I remember hysterically laughing when we took one of the roads up one of the least highest mountains. Its the only peak you can drive to by access road. I remember laughing because it was July and there was snow and I asked my dad to pull the rental car over so I could throw a snowball at him. I have a photo that my mom took too. I was wearing my school soccer hoodie at the time. I have a picture at the top of that shorter peak too. I'll happy prove my trip to you by uploading a compiling of photos from the trip on youtube tomorrow when I'm at my parents house.
Literally the whole Denver airport was shut down because it was a major lightning storm and our bags never made it on the plane. We were delayed an hour or so. The moment the airport reopened, they hurried everyone on the plane and our bags hadn't made it to the plane because they couldn't be driven initially by the baggage handlers to the gate since the whole airport was stopped. By the time they hurried us on the plane, they decided to leave and the baggage driver didnt get to the gate in time. We didnt know this until we landed in Allentown and our bags weren't there. We live an hour north of the airport so we were told they would be on the next flight from Denver to Allentown and then their driver would bring it to my parents. I was kinda worried because at that age, I was a crystal and rock collector as well as a postcard collector (I have those too for proof of my trip) and I was worried I lost all my souvenirs. The next day we were called by Delta at Allentown that our bags arrived and the driver was leaving with them. They emailed my dad a link that tracked the vehicle in real time like UPS can. When we knew they were close, I remember waiting in my parents living room for the van. When i pulled up to the house, me and my dad went outside to bring the bags in and my dad tipped the guy 20 dollars (only bill he had other than 1s). The van was a white van with the delta triangle logo on the side and it said Delta on it
Also delta is known for losing the least amount of bags each year. United is the worst for losing bags
@@hah5663 how is she faking it if there are actual pictures proving her story lol
Delta lost my bag a few years ago. I knew where it was and they refused to help. (They put someone else’s sticker on my bag and gave me that sticker on the back of my ticket) It took months but I finally found a staff member from that airport on instagram and they looked for me and sent me a picture of my bag! I got it back myself. Delta called me after I received it to tell me they found it and it would be coming to me soon. I said no I found it myself and it’s already here. Thanks for nothing!
@@sgk8220 I guess the circumstance i dealt with was on a good day. Damn
That’s unacceptable
Where do you get one of those air tags?
This is why these private companies need to be regulated. They do not do the right thing unless FORCED to!
