Good video, but this video has a few mistakes. 1. The Federal League/Liga Federal controlled all of Uruguay 2. The Brazilians invaded lands up to the Uruguay river of the Federal League's "provincias Orientales." 3. The 33 Orientals launched a reconquest which was far more complicated with what you showed. 4. The Brazilian invasion of Uruguay at the end of the civil war ("guerra grande") is not shown. 5. The siege of Montevideo in the civil war is not shown properly, Montevideo was only comprised of what is today known as Ciudad Vieja. 6. I'm not sure what you've shown in 1851, but it's inaccurate. 7. The Salto Grande reservoir shouldn't be shown because it didn't exist. It would have been nice to see the indigenous tribes of Uruguay and the Spanish conquest, as well as the conflicts over Misiones Orientales; only showing the Montevideo governance severely limited what you could show. Está mal esto Uruguay también formó parte de las provincias Unidas de la plata ( Misma bandera mismo himno argentino) y también fue parte de Portugal y no lo pusiste , fue a la guerra argentina contra Brasil por uruguay y Uruguay se independiza de Argentina por órdenes británicas y del emperador brasilero
Lo sé. Pero el propósito de este video es mostrar solo las veces que Uruguay fue independiente o tuvo gran autonomía, por eso no se muestra cuando era una provincia del Imperio de Brasil, por ejemplo.
