He's always been like that, even way back with Carlos. I think people just haven't watched enough RB content😉 The way he is on track doesn't reflect the way that he is outside of it.

When Max is around people he trusts he relaxes instantly. He may be abrupt, fierce, aggressive and hardened when he needs to be when under pressure (it’s what makes him so great) but around the people he knows won’t screw him over, he becomes a loyal, friendly, happy and playful young man….I guess it’s how you know you’ve made it with Max, if he relaxes around you 😃 It’s truly wonderful to get a chance to see that side of him.

Edit: He watched whole Austrian GP and said on Friday during qualifying that red Ferrari with no 16 will win. Charles who hadn’t won for 3 months finally won. The kid was also with me during the final laps of Bahrain when Charles won and showed up during last laps of Australia. Charles won there as well and now he rooted for Charles this whole race.
