- Finished a two day Emergency job out within the time frame at hand. It was fairly easy to manage! Specially having a great team work with you. One tip I can tell you guys is to not get stuck just on the welding aspect of things. Being able to fit, fabricate, design, and understand systems will get you ahead in life. Don’t be scared to fail or make mistakes. This is how we learn. Thank you guys for sticking around in this channel. Have a blessed weekend guys.

What do you mean when you said they should have left an expansion gap?
There needs to be a gap between the pipe and the socket flange due to the pipes expansion capabilities when heating and cooling. If there is no gap for the pipe, it can potentially break the weld. I see this happening when we have a freeze or when the unit goes down and starts back up
