I’ve never had a Benjamin or Crossman springer or gas that would group well

Great gun. I finally figured out the Diopter on this gun. Never knew you could screw the back to adjust. Not written anywhere either.

Considering the sub -$100 price tag, this is a really great gun. @ 20 yard mine can stack crosman domed ultra mags, and it hits with SERIOUS authority.

Good shooting! I have the prowler as well. My range is set at 45 yards in my backyard. I'm using 21 grain h and n baracuda power pellets and these guys slam it home! Hitting a quarter size metal spinner and you should see the spinning it does when hit. As for how much energy is dumped down range at 45 yards, let's just say that I have had one of two pellets decide to ricochet and come back at me at a very fast velocity!

You should get the h&n Hornets those brass tip pellets are amazing on the Benjamin prowler on any rifle those pallets go through anything I have this rifle in 22 caliber and I shoot through aluminum frying pans

Take the plastic tip off. It can cause the barrel to rust over time.

You can slide it off and wipe it down with oil while cleaning your gun. It's really not difficult and it will never rust this way.

Thank you for commenting. I have tried them in my prowler and they do not do good at all in mine but that's why i ask my viewers to let me know what they use because every air rifle is different and you have to find the right pellet for your air rifle. I use gamo red fire .22 cal 5.4 gr. and they do grate from 5 yards to 50 yards.Thank you once again.
