    Just found your channel today. I'm going to try these exercises. I have this exact problem along with the forward head protrusion. I have fibro and sjogrens so I have a lot of muscle issues.

    Hi Tim, thanks for making this video. I deal with TOS so I have pretty much have to work on all of these consistently. A PT I met emphasized the importance of rotator cuff strengthening for thoracic outlet syndrome. Do you know why that is?

      Hey Kyle! Yes! One reason is because when your RC muscles are weak, poor posture and alignment can lead to even more nerve compression. So keep those muscles strong.

    I’m new and find I, at 87,can do these n fill better. I have had middle back pain for at least 50 years, so bad sometimes I have to takeapain pill. Please tell me what I can do for that.

    i hate rounded shoulders so much im 14 i workout a lot and excersize but i have pelvic tilt foward neck and rounded shoulders it bothers me so much mentally
