I have a question, i am currently on a job seeking visa, i graduated from Germany, but i dont speak B1 German, i want to improve my german ASAP to prepare myself for my PR application after a year and a half. My current level is A2. So my questions are: a) Is the PR interview considered a German language test, or will there be a written test? b) Am i obligated to attain a German language certificate or will my ability to speak at B1 level during the interview be enough? c) If i do have to attain a German certificate, will it have to be the Integration Course or would a Goethe certificate be sufficient? d) Will there be a test regarding German history and so on or is that only for getting German Citizinship? Hey, needed update information after three years. 1: Is Language [certificate *] requirement is fixed now and also which are the list of eligible institutions certificates valid ? or it still depends on the city whether they just take interview or certificate. Btw, I live in NRW? 2: I also started my blue card job e.g. in March, but my blue card was issued in mid of May. It took 2.5 months to get appointment, they told me to work on my student allowed 120 full days till appointment as I was changing my status from student to BC. So my 21 months will start from march or mid of May? I am afraid if I go on appointment and they say your 21 months is not completed :( 3: When you recommend me to apply for appointment as it now take 1.5 month to get appointment, should I apply for appointment 1.5 month before my 21 months completion or I can only apply for appointment after I complete 21 months?

Hello, I did my masters in Germany and I started working part time in my educational field as soon as my studies started. So I studied for 2 years and worked part time for those 2 years. And I paid taxes during these 2 years. I graduated and continued working full time in the same company. I am still working there. I have a blue card(I am a designer). German level B1. What happens in my situation? I have been paying taxes in Germany for 3 years now. Can I apply for permanent residency now? and do these 2 part time 1 full time work years count?

Hi, recently there are some changes in the rule. In Berlin, it is still possible to get PR if you have completed 33 months and you have blue card. But the rule is different for other cities like Hamburg. So better to check the expectation with the authority.

I just wanna know that I’m come from bcom background nd score 7 cgpa in my bachelors nd I’m also wanna come to Germany for my masters but in data related fields like data analyst or BA, BI I have 1.5 year of exp. in finance field and my work is mostly related to gathering information related to sales or purchasing of that organisation and to audit that data so will my experience count or not, After leaving my job I have been gaining some experience or we can say learn skills of data analyst or done some “virtual internship” in PWC ,Accenture, Goldman sacks and KMPG. But all this is virtual Moreover In my bachelor I’m having statistics,mathematics or IT subjects. So my question is :- 1. Will I get into any public university with that score. (English taught) or else I-will go for german taught then! But I have not much time to learn german because the deadline is in june so what you suggest? 2. It that any problem if I change my field to DA ,data science or business analyst related domain will I get admission in any university there or not. With all education. 3.
