Close to one-third of Europeans will fight cancer. How is the EU fighting cancer?

Cancer is a major public health challenge in Europe. One in three people will be diagnosed with cancer by the age of 75. The European Commission is committed to addressing cancer and improving the lives of everyone affected by the disease.
