I just came back after watching this movie. I'm from Uttarakhand, but I'm blessed with a Malayali boyfriend who introduced me to Malayalam cinema. God! The reason of no subtitles in Malayalam in major Arabic conventions, is a conscious decision made by the makers, to get the exact emotional feel of what Najeeb felt. This is my personal feeling.
Not having a subtitle for non Malayalam viewers is not justified.
I think it is released on other languages as well.
Right, the Malayalam lines should have subtitles, because now many of them want to watch in the original language, since dubbing loses the essence. I watched it last night, and there were a few Hindi speaking audiences, and they were disappointed that there was no subtitles..

This is a must watch movie in theaters. The frames, the visuals, the selected subtitles (to convey the helplessness of najeeb), the cinematography would actually make us feel like we ourselves is the protagonist. We could feel the pain, grief,hope,... at several points of the movie. One could actually sense every single feeling that the protagonist has gone through as it's ours. And the music, it would bring tears in our eyes. It is a complete package. One of the finest movies of malayalam industry, I would say.
I was so much carried away by the movie, that I couldn't stop crying throughout the movie.
Still I am not able to get over the movie, the hangover hasn't yet gone.
Yessir💯
What strikes me the most is the cinematography and colour grading, is beyond anything I ever saw in indian cinema. They reached Hollywood level in that aspects. Most of the scenes I was in awe of the landscape! Also the costume and makup and pritvirajs physicals transformation is simply extra ordinary!
Thank you for filming this in English, I am Australian and just finished watching it and have been trying to look up videos about it but none have subtitles so I can’t understand. This movie absolutely broke my heart, I cried half way home. 🙈. This was so well done, every aspect of it was spectacular, one movie that I think will sit in my heart for the rest of my life.

One thing I've noticed about the Malayalam film industry: among the film industries in the south, this is one industry that believes more in realistic scripts than the others who opt for item numbers and action scenes to make their movies click.
thank you... finally people from other than south r realising it.

That transformation was a surprise. Great visuals, music and prithviraj he nailed it.
The only aspect of the film which I felt was underwhelming was AR Rahman's music strangely. Other than Periyone, the other tracks don't stand out and definitely not to the expectations we know from AR Rahman sir. Other than that, the frames and the way Prithviraj commits to the role is outstanding! Even the other actors like Amala Paul, Jimmy and Gokul do their bit to enhance the screenplay and provide an insight into what Najeeb went through..
Hope song and periyone are the easily the best ones and instantly touch your heart and u get connected. And if you listen original malayalam language then its total worth, because dubbing in every language made them to lose quality language by language.
Periyone, tamil one and tejamey rehmaney made my cry but not meherbaan o rehaman 😐.
And rest songs are either decent or slow poison.
After listening to the tracks I felt like they should've gone with Hans Zimmer instead.

I think the music focus is more on the BGM than the songs..

Look a this channel itself, you will find jammy mentioning about atleast 1 good malayalam film atleat once or twice in a month. Arabic isn't subtitled because the director wants the audience to experience the same cluelessness Najeeb felt while hearing arabic as he didn't understand arabic very much.

My god this reminds me of my time as a cabin crew with Air india. We used to fly to many Saudi Arabian sectors, especially from Kerela. the customs in Riyadh, Dammam and Jeddah (the sectors i flew most) used to take away our passports and give us one paper with our flight details. One such flight to RIYADH, we were standing at customs post-flight and I saw the immigration guy beating these passengers with sticks to make them stand in line. most of them Indians. A lot of Filipino girls work as helps and they are subject to long working hours, it used to break my heart to see these people leaving the comfort of India to serve a country which does not even bother about these people's existence. It has been 10 years i left my job and i hope things have changed since.

I really love Malayalam films, their films are so unique and Mindblowing in terms of stories like Brahmyugam, Drishyam, parking, and now the goat life.
dhrisyam cheap copy of suspect x
@@TimeShow-nt9bg kisi ne poocha tumse
@@TimeShow-nt9bg Didn’t hear anything when Bollywood remade Drishyam , (the so called Cheap vopy of Suspect x , by people like u ) and Drishyam 2 which was the continuation and still didn’t hear any complaints, but when the movie gets praised the jealousy rises . SUBTLE 😌
And who are the ones talking about copies , like the movies are going to come out in the coming months are literally remakes of Malayalam , Tamil , Telgu movies 😂. And now they wants to argue about cheap copies 😂. First bring back the Old Bollywood back that I miss a lot and then talk about copies
@@muhammedirfans4412 still doesnt change the fact it is cheap copy of suspect x lolzz japanese novel
The goat life is the most majestic visual story Malayalam has produced yet. The silence i felt after the movie, continues....
I watched anarkali but i didn't expect now he is getting recognised in Bollywood as but If it was hollywood movie definitely it would have got lot of recognition and oscar prithivaj gave is soul he needs to receive ❤ and the subtitles weren't given for arabic conversation it was understood najeeb had to go through..
Hii Jammy
I like your content and I am a loyal Subscriber of your channel. So I want to just recommend a show which is very close to my heart "Yeh unn dinon ki baat hai " please make a video on that serial you would definetely like the series . Yudkbh will change your perception on Indian shows
Yeah 👏
In between all these malayalm films, there is another malayalam masterpiece nobody is talking about. AATTAM. No big names in the cast, but what a film. Check it out.
Always love when films with such passion gets the success financially too 🖤
One of the best of indian cinema 🎉
I wonder what FaFa will do as the baton is passed on to him next for 'aavesham'
Hope he maintains the streak for Malayalam cinema ❤😍🎥🔥
Hmm..Don't have a good feeling about Avesham..
I dont think so. 🥴
Avesham is a commercial film. Prithvi is best after Mammootty and Mohanlal.
@@ANSR26 Fafa delivers almost same mannerisms in most of the works. Prithvi is more versatile and underappreciated because of his bold stance that often misjudged.
@@QatarDiary2568 I always consider fahad overrated. As u said same mannerisms in all films. I don't know how is prithvi's acting in adujeevitham as i haven't seen this film yet. But i don't feel prithviraj is a good actor. Same dialogue delivery, same mannerisms, bit dramatic acting. Hope i can see a better actor in adujeevitham😊
Again Malayalam industry is in the top list.
I hate this film industry, how can one be so good at making films.
You cannot always be right in knowing what the audience requires.
Thanks for the review Jammy sir.
