The thing is, here's the kicker... There IS accountability! The journalist, writer, news anchor, sports analyst, IS accountable! And, they are accountable to their organization to provide the very thing that Dabo is complaining about (rightly so). When will people realize that the media is in the business to SELL ads? That's how the money is made! And it doesn't matter what is said so as long as it's generating a click, a view a tweet, etc because engagement is the thing that advertisers are looking for.
I still go back and watch this when I need a dose of reality.

Another one for you let’s say their is a culture of sexual harassment in a workplace and the employees have complained to the supervisor and that person does nothing. When that lawsuit comes down the pipeline someone is going to get sacrificed and I can promise you it’s going to be the one doing the supervision.

If his coach under him used a racial slur he should be dismissed. In this case the head coach doesn’t see racial slurs as an issue therefor I talked to him was the so call discipline.
