Yea to bad the 1977 - 1979 deville as are harder to find these days with that beautiful 7.0 425 stock while you can find 80-92 devilles with that shitty 4.6
Cant be a donk. A donk is a specific car its not a car sitting on big wheels or anything like that. A donk is a 71-76 impala or caprice, vert coupe or four door. Stock or not. This Cadillac can never be a donk.
Wait .Your " grandpas Cadillac ", was very powerful, until the 80s . They pioneered the V- 8 engine . Had 12 - 16 cylinders in 1930s ! The 390 & 460 was outstanding. They had the biggest displacement engines in the world in 1972 : 6.2 Litres. You restored the Cadillac to what they SHOULD of been in the 80s !
At the time that Cadillac was being produced the manufacturers of stretch limousines 110 their fleet buyers to have the best possible gas mileage that's the engines were small in comparison to the 472 I had one in my 73 sedan DeVille what was only slightly unfortunate about that was I could be going 80 miles an hour without and cross railroad tracks without even feeling interesting that people are exploring performance options for these ATS Cadillac there's a lot there in terms of looks luxury etc thanks for the video
Can you put a different engine into a cadillac deville 98? I don't know dick about cars but I know the Northstar engines suck. And how much would it cost?
Makes a BIG difference luxury land yachts are meant to be the symbol and epictome and style of smooth cruising with Quietness when sitting still or travel mode not something sounding like it's reved up for a drag strip race or burn outs she needs to be kept in her original fame and glowing glory messing up a TRUE CLASSIC CADILLAC she's a Beauty
Good swap but horrible exaust, doesn't fit the build. Man this takes me back though since my first car was an 86 Cadillac Fleetwood Brougham D'Elegance just like in this video, except mine was white and red inside. Super cruiser but it was rotted out by the time it was given to 14 year old me :/
The one time that putting an LS in something actually made it better. That Cadillac engine was a mess
Right? Owner said the head gasket was going so he said screw it and dropped the LS in it.
Genius 👍🏼 lol

i got the 93 with the 4.9 n lemme tell you the northstar engine is dumb crazy crowded
It actually wasn't... 307 Olds was bullet proof
I sleep in my Cadillac just for fun sometimes. Drunk nights out, Cold nights out, out to late nights. Which is almost like everyday!
Lol a real life Ricky from Trailer Park Boys moment
Sick build. I would have kept it quiet tho. Im building a 77 Coupe Deville.
Love it. A sleeper
Yeah all my caddies came with the gold keys😂
I like how you kept it stock looking and not made it into a donk

This was what Lance was racing with in Sym-Bionic Titan
Should have done that to a 2 door model.
Factz
Love me a Cadillac
Me too!
My mom had a fleetwood in that color it was a 1985 it had the hook an tow engine in that HT 4100 was a garbage engine
🔥🔥🔥
I’d prefer the old exhaust going to the back and it sounding or not sounding like it was on
The exhaust is valved on the side, there’s still pipes that run to the back and with the valves closed you can still enjoy a quiet car!
granpas Caddy Never had exhaust fumes leaking into the passenger compartment

actually... the 70 onwards eldorado had an option for a 8.2 LITRE V8 (cadillac 500)

Look at how it just swallow the engine 😂
Where did you get the Vale covers from?
Just nasty❤❤❤❤❤
I like it stock
Btw not everybody had gold keys on the fleetwood brougham.
Thats hella crazy , but dope at the same time.
Love the rwd conversion
Are you slow? These cars are rwd from factory.
Yessir 👍!!!!
Where did you get the valve covers
Forgot the ash tray?

Wth a caddy is a luxury car boy not a damn muscle car it’s supposed to be quite
the power is great, but a Cadillac should be smooth and QUIET
Who wants their caddy sounding like a truck
Shoulda kept it quiet
Those are the cutouts open, you can close them and have it quiet

Why the exhaust system?, sounds like an out of tune Camaro. Put an quieter exhaust on for the "sleeper" effect..

How much?
15k
A man that’s 4’9” talking about leg room 😂😂😂😂😂😂 too funny
Okay, so it’s horsepower and not horsepowers. It’s also “your fathers Oldsmobile”, not “your grandpas Cadillac” lololol
Where is the LS
It’s not supposed to sound like that ugh …!!
BLASPHEMY! Horrible nxt time put a caddy engine in 🤦🏽♂️
Ruined the point of the car...
