    Featured Machine: PRO60-168
Bed size: 5x14', expanded from a 5x10' bed original set up.
Did you know you can expand your machine? If you want to start with a 4'x2' or a 4'x4' bed and then expand later on to a 4'x8' or a 4'x10' or 4'xInfinity' you can! Your machine can grow with you as your business grows. Or if you'd like to add on a rotary attachment but don't want to lose any crucial bed space for your 4x8' standard sheet sizes you can add an extension on to your machine for rotary and other attachments.
There are a variety of options on how to mount your rotary onto your machine. Featured in this video the rotary is recessed mounted on the end of the machine. Notice that the last crossbar is inset to the edge of the rotary work area so that the technician can stand right up next to it to load the material, rather than to lean across a crossbar.

That is one great looking sensor, but I work for them so I'm a little biased, lol.

How much backlash? What is the drive type and reduction ratio? I'm guessing this is a mass produced Chinese product.

How to configure and set 4axis to run in mach3?

While Mach3 can control a rotary system our team has developed a number of additional features that make setup and tuning with Mach4 a significantly easier process. These features are not available in Mach3. With this in mind we would strongly encourage you to use Mach4 with our PRO Rotary System. A free demo version of Mach4 is available through our software setup instructions here: www.cncrouterparts.com/support/software/mach4/

So many issues with this information video that I would have to do it myself to show the more accurate way of setting it up but that’s 40+ years working in the cnc machine tool industry for you. Maybe one day 🤔

if there's a more accurate way can you please show us? I'm down to see a better way...

Garren Epley Hi, your assuming the linear guide rail is straight but unfortunately even though there ground there not. You need to set the first one up as a master by using something you know is straight and accurate for example a granite straight edge to set it parallel over it’s full length and only then can you set the second rail parallel to the master rail. Also using counter sunk screws means the mounting plate for the chuck is self setting and not adjustable in the way your showing? These are the basics and when set correctly the centre line of the chuck and tail stock will be the same anywhere along the rails. Hopefully you’ll be able to understand my meaning as I’m a Machine tool engineer and not an English grammar teacher 🤔😄

@@stevenrichardson7882 what steven really meant to say is he doesn't need to SHOW anybody anything because he is better and smarter than all of us . He doesn't really know his ass from a hole in the ground and he wishes the youtube piss ants would just leave him alone while he finishes his plot to take over the world . Make a video of your "superb " way or stfu . IDIOT !
