The improved feedback and precision of a DD wheel can transform how you feel every turn, every drift, and every race. So, my advice would be to prioritize saving for the DD wheel. Once you've upgraded, adding a handbrake later will complement your setup nicely and further refine your drifting skills😊🙌

To avoid the messy race start where classes are a bit random in their slots, you can run a full race week-end and skip each sessions straight to the race. You will start last, but you won't have to deal with potentially GTE and LMP2 causing chaos in the first few corners. The AI have some time big big struggle to properly deal with it, especially on more twisty tracks.

I thought this when I tried the HyperCars and now seeing this - the steering ratio / degrees looks off, like too much steering is required. Some of those turns shouldn’t need anywhere near 100+ degrees of steering in a modern LMP style.
At least looks like you don’t have the weird dead area in the middle though.

Was the upgrade from the dd to the dd+ worth it money wise in your opinion? i've been thinking about upgrading but im kinda on the fence since it's basically double the price of the 8nm base. How big is the difference in rbr or ea wrc, i know the difference in detail is huge in games like acc or iracing.

Honestly, yes, the upgrade to the DD+ was absolutely worth it for me. While it's a significant investment, the improvement in the driving experience is remarkable. If you're really into sim racing and want to enhance that realism, I'd say consider the upgrade. Whats the best way to get the hypercar to drive without spinning everywhere? I know i suck but its a bit ridiculous i cant do a lap in these things. LOL Proto's and GTE are fine.

The key challenge with hypercars is managing them with cold tires, which makes them tricky to handle. It's all about gently warming up the tires before pushing hard. Give it some time and patience, and you'll see improvement😊

Thanks for the advice, @vinzvega5614! 😊🙌 I usually sit closer to the wheel for better control and speed. However, I'm currently adjusting to my new Fanatec CS DD+ which is a bit larger than my previous wheel base. I'm planning to reconfigure my rig soon, especially since I'll be getting my Qubic full motion system. I want to avoid redoing the setup twice, so I'm waiting to make all the adjustments at once when the new system arrives. Really appreciate your input!🙌

This game maybe liked by some people, but not myself, I do not like GT racing and long endurance type races. Plus this game has only 7 WEC tracks which i already have in RFactor 2. I will see what they do with this game far as any newer content a year or so from now. I will be interested to see how many people continue to do this game with only 7 tracks. Seems kind of a boring game to me and it is too Niche of a game, like ACC.

Thank you for the feedback, @zebraafs! I understand your point about the titles. While I aim to convey the excitement of my videos, I agree that the word 'INTENSE' can be a bit much. It's a tricky balance-eye-catching titles tend to draw more views, which is crucial for a channel's growth. I've experimented with more subdued titles in the past, but they don't attract as much attention. And, to be honest, without sounding too cocky, I do believe most of my videos are quite intense 😉
