Hi Marcus, Thank you for this video. I have been following your approach to nutrition and having a great response. I am currently pescatarian and plant based guy. My only plant based intake is from KA'CHAVA protein powder.
I would like to start introducing raw milk and beef liver into my diet. It has been over two years since I have had any red meat, pork, and chicken.
Do you have any recommendations for me to start taking in Raw Milk, beef liver, and/or beef heart? Thank You!!!

I can not emphasize how much your comments and your personality that you share with us can positively affect my view on life. I’m glad I’m living now and that I can watch your progress and track mine right now and for years to come. I’m just very thankful for everything you put out on the social media. I would love to hear, but maybe it could be controversial, what’s your take on foods for children, in public schools and home. It’s just an idea but I really get when people don’t want to share their personal opinions online.
Here in Croatia, we’re leading in number of people being fat and overweight in past few years. Not surprised because of all of the burgers and pizzas around the corners.
Anyway, thanks and cheers from sunny Croatia! 🇭🇷

Thank you for you kind words. When it comes to children I believe we as adults are the best example. We have to show them a postiive relationship with food and movement first. The next step is to be careful not to create negative associations with foods for them. Telling them there is GOOD or Bad food. In our experience we always aim to offer quality whenever we can. We supply the choices and they decide how much. If we are in a situation when lower quality food is the option, we don't deprive them or tell them it's BAD. We just let them enjoy.

I agree. Finding what that right daily calorie amount that helps support the look you want in your body but doesn’t promote under eating and then battling over consumption and shame is such a difficult process for folks. This is why i try to aim for a FILLOSOPHY that promotes eating more food but keeping it of very high quality. Eat more, move more, keep it high quality, and we are able to trust our brains hunger and satiety signals much more

Furthermore, i could never find the earring window that fit a lifestyle i could share food with my family. Skipping breakfast was always painful for me as that’s my favorite time of day to eat. I'm glad that works for you but if I were to eat those same amounts of food(even if their quality is as healthy as yours)I would get so fat that is ridiculous. Those are too many calories for me(regardless of their healthy quality).
I've found that I can only lose fat by eating less than 1000 calories and I can only maintain with around 1800 calories of good quality(high-density nutrient- low calorie)food, of course.
I know it seems crazy having such low-calorie, high-nutrient eating, but is the only thing that I've found works for me. And I don't get "hungry" or get "cravings" either, by the way.
