Wow it was so amazing to see Freya, Rebecca, Marcel and Cole. Yes Davina was very missed. Truth be told I totally miss Klaus and Elijah. I think that Julie Pleck needs to do another spin off and bring back the Michaelson’s. Bring back Davina along with them. She could do another spin off and it could be called New Orleans or how about keeping it simple and just calling it “Always and Forever.” I’m telling you if Julie Pleck brought these 4 back, along with Davina, this show would totally rock and the ratings would go through the roof. Watching them together like this on Legacies, it was like no time had passed between them. So what do you say Julie, let’s bring ‘em back.

This is what happened in this clip:
Hope wakes up on a bench outside of Rousseau's. She begins shouting to her humanity until passerbyers give her weird looks, believing she's crazy. Rebekah steps out of Rousseau's, reassuring her that everything lost, can be found. Hope retorts with a threat, but she disregards it, welcoming her home. She mistakes it for a veiled reference to her humanity, and tells her it's never coming back.
Hope believes her aunt to be in her head and wants to wake up from this nightmare. Rebehkah points out that she had just believed it was a memory, but Hope shrugs it off. She's had a rough couple of days. Rebekah is already aware, having been in contact with Dr. Saltzman. Hope wasn't even aware they were on speaking terms, pointing out that no one for their family ever makes it to the parent-teacher conferences. She admits to her niece that they've been more absent than they'd like, but there are reasons for that, too. The Least of which was her treat of murder at their last meeting. Regardless, she'd like to apologize. Hope mocks her, wondering if that was her big swing to flip her humanity, but Rebekah questions why she brought it up. She's sure her humanity is flickering and trying to return. She explains to Hope that this is not a nightmare, or a memory, or a head dive. It's astral projection. Vincent is anchoring the spell, so while her body may be intangible, they are truly in New Orleans, and everything is very real. With this information, Hope decides she'll leave, but Rebekah tells her that she'll miss the show. Hope notices the Second Line and notes that she hasn't killed her yet and they're early. This, however, has been long overdue. She explains that it's for her father and his funeral is today.

To everyone who thinks this is a new actress or something else stupid it’s Claire Holt. She gained weight when she was pregnant and ended up loosing most of it. It is speculated that she had a face lift (I personally think she did but believe what you want, either way she is gorgeous still). Every woman in Hollywood ends up getting a face lift to look young and fresh. That pregnant weight is nothing to play with and it takes years for some women to loose it. But nevertheless Claire has been working hard and living her best life with her husband and child.
Every vampire says they won't turn it back on. But in the end they do.

Age is irrelevant here, Hope is of the Original Vampire breed, she is not a normal vampire like the rest, Original Vampires are not beholden to the length of years which strengthen normal ones because they are the purest version of the species, their default strength would trounce on a normal vampire that has lived for centuries. On top of that she also has the werewolf side to her which enhances her already considerable strength and the toxic bite, PLUS she is a first born Mikaelson witch, with all the OP power that entails which is also enhanced by her Original Vampire blood. Hope is frighteningly overpowered and her threats could easily be carried out, even against her family.

Elijah Mikaelson didn't kill himself for Hope. He couldn't picture his life without his brother Niklaus and it was an attemp to get redemption because he could've saved Hayley (the love of his life). He betrayed family making Marcel compelling him to forget about his family in S4 finale. It was his choice to join Niklaus. He didn't need to kill himself.
Even the actor that played Elijah said in a convection that he died for no reason. Just because he couldn't live with the pain Hayley's death brough him. Let alone facing Hayley plus Niklaus death. It was too much for him.
He had Klaus kill him because he viewed his life as being over, to 'take back' the choice that was ripped away from them all those centuries ago when their parents forced the condition upon them, he could have lived on and Hope would have remained as she is. That being said I'm sure they got his ashes too, the focus was on Klaus because they knew the connection Hope shared with him, this was all an elaborate design to awaken her humanity.

Legacies writers have ruined everything and everyone’s character lmao they can’t seem to get anything right. Hope’s tribrid phase and humanity off phase should have been written by the TVD writers, Legacies didn’t meet the expectations at all. They make Hope look like some whiny little brat instead of the big deal when her humanity off, she’s so annoying like this. Elena and Caroline humanity off phase was 10 times better.
Glad someone said it. I actually thought her humanity off would be 10X's worse than Elena and Caroline's but it's more cringe. Legacies seems like a parody. Quite disappointed with the storyline.
