No actually I think Rabecca already suspected. That's what this whole visit was about. She was testing Hope to see if what she feared happened actually happened. Why do you think she had that dagger with her? I doubt she just carries it around. Kluas is dead. So it wasn't for him and it only works on the originals. I have no doubt she brought it for Hope. She knew that killing her boyfriend might be too much on Hope and that this may happen. Duing this whole having fun thing was Rabecca playing Hope. Hope even called her out on it. So she did know. She just wanted to make sure. She needed proof and Hope confirming it was proof enough.
Love how Rebecca's actress truly hasn't aged a day, like a literal vampire.

@@alexandran6009 If you think about it, Rebekah began her life again in 2010-2013. Niklaus kept her locked in the box since the 1920s when accents and everything were different, so it makes sense that after a decade or so of being in the modern world her accent has changed.
The way Rebekah read an entire music genre to filth while threatening someone and being a bad bitch at the same time is why Rebekah will be the most iconic TVD and TO character ever ✨😭

Honestly I don’t blame hope Alaric was always afraid of hope this episode proved it despite what he said. Hope constantly tried to make friends with the twins but because of Josie it made it difficult and then they were just mean towards hope and she retaliated against them like they did to her. Alaric kept saying and putting it in her head that she was her fathers daughter if she truly was that entire school would be dead right now, as she said he and everyone else was holding her back Lizzie needs to get over herself yes don’t condone what she did to Alaric either but still everyone kept pushing her to be this and that knowing how much trauma hope has suffered in her short life of course she was going to snap it just took Landon to do it.

Seriously we can't blame Alaric for fearing that Hope would be like her father considering all that Alaric witnessed Klaus do in Mystic Falls..not to mention that Klaus once hijacked Alaric's body and that he actually was once and original vampire. His fear came from what he knew about Klaus and what he also knew from experience as an original vampire. Not to mention what he saw the wolves do and the witches too..then you put them all in one person..that's scary. And before you start talking about trauma, the twins lost their mum, we're almost killed by their psycho uncle in the womb, almost died in a fire and would have died if it wasn't for Bonnie. Hope isn't the only one to go through bad things, you know..and now the twins lost their only parent because of hope.. that's traumatic too. I don't blame Alaric. He actually loved her even though he was also scared of her, and with good reason.

@@CedricBassman facts I wanted her to turn evil from being hunted like the rest of her family. Even Finn is braver than her lol. she turned it off for a boy. Hayley was tortured and witness her husband heart being ripped out of her chest still didn't turn it off. Even after Elijah died she didn't turn it off. And hope is just a bit younger than Hayley was at the times I'm referencing. My bad she is the same age.
I am surprised the remaining Mikealsons gave up on Hope so easily especially considering the lengths they would go to for each other in TO ik hope is a whole new kind danger but that never stopped them from protecting eachother in the past & if anyone could find a way of reaching her or subduing her it would be them. I just find it hard to believe they would just suddenly dismiss always and forever because Rebekah thinks Hope has become "too dangerous" this just belittles the whole family aspect the TO centered around, it feels like it died with Klaus and Elijah atp the Mikealsons shown in the originals would have never left Hope high and dry knowing she is still an orphaned child whose clearly going down the same dark path their brother did if not darker considering Klaus never turned his humanity off.
Sadly, I have NEVER watched Legacies (I kinda checked out after TVD & The Originals ended)!! However, the moment I heard there would be a SURPRISE return from one of the ORIGINAL series... I was curious to see who it was, & lo & behold... REBEKAH🙌🙌🙌
The 3 first seasons were pretty lame, kiddish. This season turnt it up. Enjoying it.

@@saroxkingdom well technically the cure is in damon’s blood and she would have to drink it. If she took the cure now his body will lose the cure in its system and he will grow old rapidly (like how katherine did) so rebekah has to wait for damon to die or be very very old (years later) in order to take the cure
@@sudsysoap however it was different for Elena that’s why they were able to use the cure on stefan right cause Rena was only a vamp for a couple years she had no real age on her like say some with 20-500 years on themselves, I think that is how it goes.

I hope now they drop all the gimmicky stuff in this show and give us the show we deserve similar to the Vampire Diaries and the best series yet, The Originals because it felt like such a build up for her to be weak Hope previously and the high-school stuff with gimmick after gimmick. Glad also Landon is out the way, was getting tired of the back and forth. Buffy the Vampire Slayer worked. The last 3 seasons with Hope hasn't. Thank God for Rebecca making a appearance.
Same by season 3 I was over it just kill Landon already cause Hope needs to focus elsewhere. To me the Originals had some the best vampire/witch storylines Im really hoping they mature the series more

What happened in this clip:
A humanity-less Hope sits at a bar. The bartender has her school ID, but refuses to serve her. Hope's come here to drink and seemingly compels the man to get her a drink. She chooses Brandy to feed from, though before biting into her neck, she's stopped by her aunt Rebekah. Hope isn't happy to see her, though Rebekah is. Rebekah doesn't care for Brandy's attitude, and compels her to run along and change the music. Freya has told her what happened and she apologizes for missing her big day. She wants to catch up with her niece, but Hope retorts if she's here for a Mikaelson lecture. Rebekah has prided herself as the fun aunt. They catch up over drinks, particularly Brandy. Hope pushes Rebekah to finish her drink. Hope pulls Brandy's hair back, but Rebekah decides against it, that she's almost empty. Hope offers to pop open another for more fun. Rebekah compels the girl to forget and leave; she's done with the charade. She reminds Hope that she has a family that loves her and urges her to come home with her. Hope refuses, citing that she doesn't know what she's going through. Rebekah questions if being a tribrid is so different from being a vampire, though Hope explains that it's not what she's missing. Rebekah realizes that she's missing her humanity.
If Hope can just get down that devious smirk Klaus used to do right after being diabolical.

Marcel is an upgraded original, so he was even stronger than Klaus and Elijah, but I still think Hope is stronger than him

so while I haven't completed any of the 3 shows in this universe I have realized some things. The females are generally always written better than the guys. I really need a Bennet bloodline spin-off, I would love a meeting of Lexi, Becks, Caroline, Lizzie (yes I know it cant happen but would still love it), the writing isn't always great but when they need to drive home a powerful emotional cry moment, they do it with the force of a nuclear bomb.

I'm sure the girl from the Triad that we can hear her voice from the phone (episodes 5 and 7) is definitely, certainly, clearly, obviously, surely, undeniably, precisely, beyond any doubt, Aurora. why this extent of definiteness? because I went back to The Originals season 3 and watched all the episodes that Aurora was in. The voice on the phone is hers. I can recognize that voice within miles.

Where did they go. I know he owns a bar they got into a fight he blames her for his sadness and for not being a vampire anymore he actually hates her for it.. I don't ever see these two staying together after that mess was said. What I don't get is why did he take the cure if his girl can't take it 2. Why can't she change him back. Stephen died to save him he left Caroline his wife to go to hell to stop the fire from hell hitting the earth.. bla bla bla. I really wish Klaus and his brother which are dead now could appear its so boring without them just the same old same old stuff u can predict the next move with hope. Her humanity is off yep shes worse than her own dad but if she remembers what she's done I think she will end her own life so who knows at this point. I'm over the same old episodes. Its no longer fun to watch. Just end it start a better show and don't stretch it out so long it's absolutely boring

perhaps i was semi dissapointed rebekah didnt mention malivore having known him but at the same time if you think about it, malivore really had nothing to gain from the mikaelsons, at most perhaps klaus went to malivore on the rumor of he can erase people from existence and want him to absorb mikael but he'd say in his own language i cant absorb vampires cause of their toxic blood and id just send him back out and he'd remember you. Then again malivore was sort of a ridiculous concept to begin with cause they are saying he is a living pile of mud instead of something believable like flesh and bone and maybe it dawned upon the writers of that flaw. Its like the originals being associated with santa claus it just feels awkward.
id be much more interested perhaps in rebekah and the originals relationships with the other monsters, we know klaus was semi friends with puck the sprite and the necromancer.
We need Klaus and Elijah to somehow return from the grave and then Hope knows she’s in trouble.

I’m so glad Claire Holt is open to returning as Rebekah Mikaelson whenever they ask her to. I get why Phoebe, Joseph and Daniel can’t really return because of their characters no longer being alive in the universe but I wish we could see them somehow. I would love to see Hayley and Rebekah reunite. Especially Hope and Hayley, I wish they would’ve used Hayley in the no humanity Hope storyline. Maybe bring her back from peace and talk to Hope.
