I find these types of reactions so fascinating, because I know virtually nothing of singing techniques but love these artists, so watching someone who actually knows what they're talking about go into details like this is amazing. Btw, it's a bit funny that you say he's whiny, because he's actually really whiny offstage too! And yes, I remember other artists comenting that having the mask and being kinda-anonymous let them, like, sing with less worries, gesticulating more wildly and so.

This will always be one of my favorite performances from Jongdae; not only did he get to display his vocal range and stability,etc. he was judged solely on his voice which is something many ppl sleep on actually. You should react to Sunyoul singing Tears in Masked singer, he is a guy but erveryone thought he was a woman because of his voice. After he revealed himself everyone was so shook that they at first didnt believe him that he was a guy and so he had to show his pass lol. It was the biggest plot twist of all time on that show

I am not only a fan of Chen, but I also am learning to improve my vocals. I currently have a vocal teacher too and those things you said at the highnote part - it's just like what he said to me. My vocal teacher also helped me manage stable low notes so that I can eventually raise them up to a stable high note. It's honestly a struggle since my voice doesn't exactly lean on a "feminine side" nor "masculine side" so sometimes it sounds a bit weird and such notes come off wrong. I'm currently binge watching your videos and wow, can I just say that I love what you're doing. Thank you!
