Thank you, what an amazing man, he is more Ukrainian than he can imagine! And once again, my deep respect to all those who go out there and provide chances to those wonderful children, either abandoned, sick or war victims. The families adopting children are true heros! A lot needs to be done to shift mentality towards bettering the world in that direction and creating rightful incentives for all those willing to adopt
This is one STRONG man!
He was very much loved by his biological family, to give him up, hoping he could get the treatment he needed!
Such a wonderful interview ! Many blessings to both of you ! ❤
Another amazing story. Thank you Alex for helping so many adoptees. I am loving the stories
Thank you for putting this on your CZcams channel. It was great. Best wishes to Alexei for good health and I hope he gets to meet his Russian family.
He is from Ukraine
Love his positive outlook in everything! Thank you for sharing your story Alexei.
This was an interesting interview or, rather, an interesting talk. It was very personal and I almost felt as if I was sitting there with you. This way of creating a very close atmosphere worked very well for the topic and help the story telling a lot, at least in my opinion. I hope Alexei's dream will come true one day and I would also like to say Thank you to Alex for doing this and sharing it with us here.
Thank you for sharing Alexei’s story. What a wonderful photographer as well.
Amazing interview looking forward to more. Best wishes to Alexei
Very moving interview 💖
Good for you to do these stories
Thank you for sharing your stories.
Thank you so much, Alex for doing this. Alexey is a great man, I hope everything goes well in his life. I am so excited to hear more stories like this one. Because each story is different.
It would also be very interesting eventually when things get better (I hope they get better very soon 😢) if you could film such story with Russian or Ukranian or in fact adoptee from any other country who was adopted not to a foreign country but the same one. Would be great to hear this side as well.
My dream is to hear you interviewing one of my favourite musicians Svetlana Surganova. Who is also an adoptee. She was adopted at 1972 if I am not wrong. The problem is that she doesn’t even speak English. And there is a bunch of other problems and I know this will probably never happen 😂 But I am allowed to dream 😅
What a sweet, articulate young woman ❤❤
Really enjoyed this interview and hope for an in person meeting soon.
Wonderful interview Alex,
Alex why was Alexey put in a ORPHANAGE @ the age of four?
He.is so interesting,
It would be lovely to hear about his adoptive NZ family,
I wish him good health,
Long life,,
& all of God's Blessings 🙏❤
Hello Cheryl! He was put into the Orphanage when he was four due to his heart condition when the family were unable to care for him. Regarding his NZ adoptive family, he's not in touch with them anymore unfortunately. Thank you for watching Cheryl :)
So sad
@@alexgilbert I know he talks a lot about positivity but there’s something very sad I find about Alexey although he jokes but he never smiles. I really hope that his Russian family reach out and he gets to meet them as I think he really belongs in his homeland.
@@alexgilbert Wow how sad.. Who takes care of him, how does he survive?...
2 good blokes there folks…
I love my parents but I sure am sad that I wasn't adopted away from Russia when I was little
do other people in his family have this heart condition
Hello Sasha! No - just him that he’s aware of. Thanks for your comment!
