Mr vinh
I really hope you suggest us a good book to read , that would be so helpful❄️
Vinh, how to control aggressive hyper voice? 😢
Hii!! Can you talk about how you got into learning and sharing the world of communication and body language?
❤
Hi
This exactly what I do to practice for a presentation: I grab some random book from my book shelf, open it to a random page, and read as if there is a crowd right in front of me. It has helped so much with my confidence not only when presenting but also holding one on one conversation.
Awesome!
Wow
Good job 😊
NB...one on one conversations*
Splendid!
Sounds silly but reading your kids a bedtime story helps. You're more likely to want to show excitement and play with different characters. Your tonality and emphasis really shine through.
It's basically how to speech in UK's Housemate of Commons

When I was married, my wife liked to listen audio books before sleeping. So I did this live like the original narrator.
It is not silly at all, I agree. I sincerely enjoy reading to my kids, I truly enjoy and put all my efforts to reading and if I am tired I skip reading to them bc it defeats the purpose of me reading to them without adding any emphasis/emotions/changing voice of the characters etc. when I know I am tired for the day meaning I have no enough energy and can't think straight.
I read to my kids clearly, with expression, and I use various tones of voice according to the characters in the book, or narrating any educational values to them.
If I can't read properly for bedtime, I move it to morning time when they wake up. :)
Reading /memorizing/ reciting poetry is really good for this. It's a source material that is incredibly rich in emotion and illustriative language. Poetry is often short and self-contained, focusing on a single thought. Poetry also requires a melodic delivery that allows you to practice rising and falling speech patterns. Memorizing poetry also gives you a neat party trick.
A man dropping a stanza of poetry is always sexy as hell, and I'm a straight dude.
Man your content is absolute GOLD!
Im so glad I found your channel
liquid gold as he says
Ditto 🤙🏼😁
You can say that again
A wonderful example of how to communicate more effectively when reading.
Everytime I read a passage, or a dialogue, I embody the speaker. It's so fun. The next thing I know, I'm speaking like them
That's good for you, it just adds anxiety for me
Take notes when you read - I always seem to remember more when I write specific things that stood out to me on paper
That's Good, Keep Going! "No matter what people tell you, words and ideas can change the world. - Robin Williams,1951-2014"
Children remember more of what they read (or are read), when it is read with enthusiasm, rather than in a monotone voice.
Totally! 100% Their interest is all the way to the top.
That just opened my mind up thank you. ❤
keep sculpting me into a better person💕
Honestly, this is really good acting practice too.
I always read like this since my school days
Love it, I use to do it in class and my classmates love it. Reading with emotions
This guy is gold 🥇, his voice and the way he explained are gold
Simple and profound advice - Vinh never disappoints!
Then there's me
Me : reads in my mind
Love how they're just rockets, the woosh sound sanji makes when passing zoeo so satisfying and makes the scene 100x better
Man you are very experienced when it comes to body language.
So true. I have learned that reading this way also improves understanding what I’m reading much better as well
"This is the right way"
*becomes 50% more british*
Man you’re so damn engaging I love it
Probably one of the main channels most people should be sub’d to. The info here is golden.
Thanks for clarifying this method
I’m glad I found your channel 💜💜💜I really needed this
Holy molly. I have been doing this for years without even realizing. Whenever I read a novel or a book (even if only in my head and not aloud), I do it as though I am acting the role of the characters 😂
I love this guy, I will hire him for all my team
I always receive so much value from ur videos, u are doing a great job Vinh❤
I am feeling so lucky because I finally found a person who is leading the youth in the right direction.
I need to practice!,reading like that way ❤❤❤
I'm loving these motivational videos!
Perfect Practice to Perfect Performance
I'm glad I found this guy🙏 true gentleman
read to your children like this every night. try and get laughs - great practice!
Quickest & yet most effective way to get a TON out of LIFE & BOOKS 🏆
Love this guy
Okay. I watch so many of these videos and they’re all great advice. But as someone who feels so intimidated by speaking, this is probably the one where I feel like I can actually implement practically as a first step. Thank you. 🙌
I used to love people around me would read me the stories I like because it felt more alive and interesting. that until no one could do it so I said "okay I'll do it myself I know the story by heart". this is how I fell in love with reading
You should create a course on communication skills and personality development. I've been searching for the right institute for communication skills but... create a playlist 🙏🏻

@@askvinh 🙏🏻thanks
Bro thank you for your much needed service. You are immortal in my book. 🥰
Thank you so much for your video!
Damn boy you are really good and resourceful mentor to have . Thankyou for all this 💚
Sir I don't know why many strategies you teach, I already do that unconditionally 🤭❤️
Vinh, your advice is changing my life, thank you! ,🙏
This dude is a Godsend!!!
Thank You For Existing 🙏🏾
Wow, thanks for sharing bro 🤜
I love his delivery
Practice = ?
Not “perfect,” but “permanent”
One of the greatest lessons I learned as a vocal performer. If you talk to your peers as soon as the music ends in practice, you’re more likely to do it during the actual performance. Practice it the way you want to perform it.
Nice inputs 😊
Amazing.. not only it'd make the reader more conifident, it'd also empower our focus. And i saw my neighbour evry night reading quran everytime he recites it he cry to it, almost every night. I hear it so emotionally moving quran recitation.
your channel is absolutely incredible. I never skip your videos. all the best and sending love. ❤️
I love this. I'm so glad I stumbled upon you.
Needed this Gem 💎 thanks Vinh
Perfect practice gives you closer to perfect results. Build your habit even when no one’s looking
thanks for your effort for the vid to help us out here who are struggle . much love bro. u're awesome
amazing orator
Thank you❤
I found your channel by chance and now I'm immersed in your content
You have shown a few types of practice reading a book. You could include all of them in a video of how a book can help the communication.
Thank you for the energy 🙏
To any young autistic person who struggles with speech as I did when I was young, your time standing in front of the mirror practicing is worth it. It's not about you becoming what other people need, it's about learning what you need to be able to be truly heard by others
Wonderful!
Never thought of that. Great tip
Appreciate You! Thank You for your advice to improve my life.
The first reading sounded like all the teachers I ever knew and the second reading sounded like when I read to my first son
That's cool! I never thought about it that way. I just do it that way because it makes reading far more exciting.
I'm reading the chronicles of Narnia to my Niece in a way that is enchanting to her ❤
The thing is, most people are not confident enough or their personality doesn't suit that kind of attitude from someone whom people have known as jerk, stupid or idiot if i do something so sudden then it will be weird but when it comes to abusive words doing something that suits me and i am aware of it then i will present it as it should be with all my heart and mind. So it's not that we don't know what to do but we think will it be ok if i do it and when something forces you to do it anyway you get nervous and the rest is history and when you have nothing too lose you nervousness goes down and you do it correctly but that also takes courage
golden tips~
Best advice ive heard
My English teacher after hearing me read like that for the one hundredth time : "Next year I'm dragging you into story telling , I'll make sure you're going into the team"
Excellent CZcams idea for tutoring the global public.
This is beautiful 🥰🥰
You gotta do the voices! ❤my kids
I did this my whole life just to keep my attention to the book
very interesting
when i was young i seen i was doing this and realized i needed to read as if i was experiencing the emotions/events personally
Thanks for sharing!!! ❤️
You are so welcome!
@@askvinh Wow! thanks for noticing! I have been following your channel coz I've learned and realized lots of good things, and you as a speaker/influencer is very awesome. Wish your channel will grow bigger if not biggest so that you can help more people, especially introverts such as myself. 😇
Great messege!!!
That's exactly what I've been looking for...thank you.,
I love your presentation, and I'm learning to master these skills
Very true. I've had people complain when I read lotr book an used the wrong voice for a character. Made me redo the lone till I had the right character voice
Been practicing this a lot seen a massive difference
can u tell me the difference u seen
It has been extremely validating to watch your videos, as the information you've given me has thus far been things that I have put into practice without being aware. It has been eye opening, if nothing else. I appreciate the content immensely, but I am still struggling with how to find an audience to speak to.
This helps me
Nice interesting simple tip,
Lovely ❤
Good stuff 👏🏾
I just need to be emotional and use hand gestures to improve my speech delivery. Thanks vinh!
Thanks 🎉
In high school, our teacher had us taking turns, reading out loud, "Death of a Salesman".
Your first reading sounded better than the way some of my classmates read out loud.
I thought to myself; "if this is how reading sounds in their head, it is no wonder they self proclaim as 'I'm not a reader'."
Makes a lot of sense
It's honestly shocking how many high schoolers have difficulty reading.
Keep the knowledge coming 🤯 🗣
This is great!
Without watching this video....i was like that all the time I'm about read a book or something # so happy 🤭
Good stuff man!💪😎
Great advice
Facts! ❤
HEY PARENTS! This is actually really easy to practice. I read my kids books every day and I like to use all the emotions, etc when reading out loud to them, often making up character voices as well.
Without thinking about it I have learned how to improve my speech delivery when reading or just talking. As a parent I feel this is really easy to practice without having it feel like practice.
i will try this😊
I didn't know that this was a an actual thing! Sometimes when I read, not all the time, I pretend like I'm the author giving a book reading at some local library in front of a dozen people. It eventually tapers off in my internal dialogue but it's a fun practice.
That is soooo trueeeeeee
I use this when I study
