- On this day we got a combine, a tractor and grain cart, and a corn header, and 3 Kenworths washed! We're wrapping up harvest 2017 and it's time to clean the John Deere! We also got the inside of the grain dryer clean, which is never a fun job.

That old tractor runs like a champ. I AM NOT KIDDING
I absolutely love Zach's sense of humor. So glad I found this channel.
Nice to see the old Minneapolis-Moline still chugging away(Born and raised in Moline!)
I really like your sense of humor that you put in the videos!
It’s nice to see that good old MM loader tractor around all that shinny modern equipment
Lol I'm glad to see I'm not the only one that uses a leaf blower on a combine 👍
Awesome videos! Not a farmer but have went back and watched every video! Love the sarcastic humor!
I'm at 66 degrees and another fine warm day in Texas. I like to see cold stuff. Note the word 'see'. Regards...
Shear amount of your sarcastc humor is priceless.
goodiezgrigis my wife doesn't always think so!!!
I know, mine des not apreciate it either, when i cross the line.
Love the smart ass talk. Adds humor to your videos. Keep it up man your channel is gonna go places. Don’t stop.
thuff811 I hope you're right!
Zack is the man
and look at you now !! @@MillennialFarmer
It's always a good feeling when the harvest is complete and the equipment is washed up and put away. Great job. Almost done here just waiting on the corn dryer lol not as fast as yours
Probably not too many viewers picked up on this, but I LOL-ed at "started in the front, now I'm here". Ok Drake.
One thing about cleaning the batch dryer out is its done in 10 seconds lol.. Hot water pressure washer.. best washer I have bought... 4000psi .. Love it
That washing is what my brother does for a living ,rain or shine
Bill King I hope he makes money at it, I wouldn't want to do that every day
100 hour
We use a vacuvator 1051 to clean out grain bins. Simply a pto driven vacuum. Great for when the augers go down and you need to move grain. Maybe see if anyone around has one to borrow when you need to clean the dryer out.
Sweeping. Been there, done that. Never much fun. Excellent video.
We had the same problem with a bin being smaller than we thought. We thought there was enough room in the bin that we could wait until we quit for the day & then switch bins. We were wrong & ended up with about 30 bushels or so on the ground. Thanks for the videos.
Liking that old Mpls Moline , built to last , they were !
It sounds like the Moline needs a few shots of WD to the seat or maybe the loader controls. You gotta love cleaning out the drier too, one of my jobs as a farm boy in England as well as bin shoveller during loading out as we never had auger floors. It was far from being all champagne and backgammon but I enjoyed it. God rest J.E.B.
Always amazing to what all "farming" entails!! All good!!
Really like that MM tractor. My wife was watching this with me and she said she would hate to clean the dryer. Of course she’s claustrafobic ha ha. She also said you have dry sense of humor. lol
Mark Mortensen I hate being inside that dryer doing that, I'm always happy when it's done.
The old Moline probably likes the end of harvest clean up. It gets some use
I like this channel because it entertains me
Awesome video! You guys sure take good care of your equipment! I too love seeing the equipment all shined up and “ready to go”.
Cheers from Saskatchewan!
Zach your humor is on point. Love your videos. Have a blessed thanksgiving!
I don't think i have every really appreciated the size of some of these tractor until watching this
Wow! The combine looks like new. Now you have all winter to polish it, you don't want the in-laws thinking you don't polish the combine.
Opps, didn't realize that was form last year. What did the in-laws think?
Always enjoy the videos
Have you ever considered getting Smurf's to do the grain dryer cleanings????
I read a book when I was younger that said if there's mushrooms around they'll move right in.
Just get your dogs to keep Gargamel at bay.
Food for thought my friend. Cheers from Winnipeg Canada. Be blessed.
A great Video and it's interesting to see a life of a Farmer in the US and not only at my Farm in Germany. ;)
Your videos just keep getting better!
I can't believe it's already almost below freezing there it's not even past 60 yet in Texas
Favorite video so far, very relatable
Your videos keep getting better and better!
equipment looks awesome man! Thanks for the video.
Great video! I always loved the fall cleanup days... cold, wet, and dirty. My grandpa always said if you take care of the machinery, it'll take care of you. Happy Thanksgiving to you and your family!
Great contact as aways:) crazy thing i dont even farm or ever been near one and some how i love the work you farmers do for us Consumers.
great video thanks and have a good thanksgiving.
That leaf blower is brilliant. I can't beleive I've never heard of it seen it.
I'm glad to know your family is not only a great steward of the land, but you guys take excellent care of your equipment as well. Happy Thanksgiving.
Rawhide Adventures same to you and your family!
You're a bigger man than I am.
i Don't let anyone pressure wash anything but the outer panels on my combines, and that's only before they're put to work in the summer. The rest of the time its a 185 cfm compressor.
total madness
Excellent video! Great job!
👍 on outside washing crew, some farms run combines to warm up bearing after washing ,also use leaf blower before shut down at end of day.You got Blue Beacon truckwash for semis Hey have a Happy and safety Thanksgiving 👍👍😀😀👌👌🚜
I have an idea for cleaning out your dryer pick up a used lawn/leaf vacuum reduce the hose size and use that to vacuum out everything then all you have to do is dump it in the field and you have less mess to deal with and less of it winds up on you
Full day, looks like you got a lot done. Have a great Thanksgiving.
Nothing a 10 gal Shop Vac couldn't handle, just kidding. We farmed 3 1/2 sections of mostly wheat and some corn. Man when you were plowing off that combine I started itching just thinking about wheat chaff LoL. When I was a kid we only had an open platform 12' Case so not only did I itch but my face and arms were caked with dirt and chaff
Thanks for the video. Happy Thanksgiving to you and your family. Hope you had a great year so far can't wait to see what 2018 brings
You have great videos keep it up
Those John Deere's look great all clean up! Cheers from Arizona!
I'm subbed to 3 channels with yours being 1 of them and I absolutely enjoy your content. I have a pressure washer and they are so useful... they always do an amazing job.
I was talking to a buddy about mother in laws. I told him that mine was an angel. He said he was sorry to hear that and that his was still alive.
Happy Thanksgiving to you and your family
Love the Minnie Mouse. Find you a utility contractor in your area that has a vac trailer to clean out your grain dryer. A vac will take you minutes instead of hours. Love the channel dude.
Minnie Mo.
A farmer i knew use to get the firedepartment to clean his combine. It went pretty quick with a tanker truck.
I think it's great that you still have and use the Mini-Mo.
JR Szabo every day!
Happy Thanksgiving to the whole Johnson Farms family. Zach, thanks for letting us all farm vicariously through your videos. And thanks for the tip - I'm heading down to the basement to clean out the lint trap on the dryer before my mother-in-law gets here!
Brian Barnes Always be a step ahead!!!
Awesome video, keep up the good work
The Mother-in-law comment had me dying lol
Happy Thanksgiving!
MN in each of your excellent videos, your intelligence precedes you. I'm so happy to see you own a breathing filter / respirator. Your preventive maintenance is excellent, I commend you! Happy Thanksgiving. Tim.
timrhoades11 thank you!!
Love the videos! Keep it up!
great video thanks
YEAH!!!!!!! Happy thanksgiving! Can you do an inside tour of all your tractors and combines? Great video!
Really enjoy your vid! As a fella Vikes fan, wanted to encourage you guys to keep up the good work!
Paul Thompson thank you sir!
Happy Thanksgiving to you and yours Zak!! Great videos!! The mother in law joke was great!!😂
There's a great solution for you around your concrete pad...Get 4 loads of regular river rock. Works great. Pack it down 4 or 5 inches. I use to get it out of Wisconsin.
Great video- show some of the skid steer more
Clay M you haven’t even watched it yet
haha! Truth!
Love the Minnie Mo!
Nice and shiny!
Just hope you can continue to find stuff to post around this winter :-)
Kevin Beishline you and me both!
Green is always pretty!!
scub man sure is!
You sir, are hilarious!
Who would give a thumbs down? Maybe they don’t like Cornflakes or any food brought to them by the American Farmer.
Hahah this video made me laugh because I know how dry your personality really is and I'm glad you put in all those parts in the video. Hope there are bloopers coming!
Nice video!
Great humor! 🤣😂
Great video. The grain dryer is clean but i sure the mother in law will still judge you. LOL. You could do stand up comedy during the winter when farm work slows down a little.
Thanks for the videos! I'm not exactly sure how I found your channel a few weeks ago, but I do love it! I grew up thinking I wanted to be a farmer, but that didn't quite happen... grew up with my John Deere green though! Keep up the good work!
Mike Hopper thank you and thanks for watching!
BEEN THERE DONE THAT,STEAM CLEANING AROUND 34-40 DEGREES,GET SO FREAKIN COLD A WET,THINK BE EASIER IF IT WAS SNOWING
I really like your videos man , great job! keep them up.
Greetings from argentina!
Mariano Tiscornia thank you!!
That was a nice video
Great video...thought of using the leaf blower in the grain dryer...
ghraptor30 I have, but it only takes about 1.4 seconds before you can't see anything!
Neighbor thought he could get by without cleaning the drier out and by next spring it was all rusted
Anderson Farms that's what I don't want to see
Yes that is always important to do !! Cleaning machinery!!
Karl Jacobson I hate having muddy green paint!
MN Millennial Farmer 👍👍😊😊
Love your "can do" attitude. You just roll with the punches.Very entertaining videos.Do you know Harlan& Eric Breeschoten ?I met Harlan at Volusia County Speedway in Fla.last winter at the World of Outlaws late model races and think he is in your area.As a former BB Modified owner/driver,let's see some video's of some not "work related" toys.
gary schofield I know Harlin and Eric well! I raced with Eric for several years before his health got bad. Great guys! I have contemplated mixing racing with farming but not sure if it's a good idea or not
Wow,deep pockets needed for the racing deal, but it appears you and your Dad already know that tune by the nice equipment you have.Is all your corn sold for the production of ethanol?
gary schofield Not all of it, but in recent years the majority of it has been, yes
I have to say that garage is very nice. Good, bright lighting and great weather protection for your equipment. Wondering if you heat it during the winter....I'm guessing there is no need too? Great video, thanks
Thank you! Yes, we heat it. We have very cold temps in the winter.
Lovely work there you doing on your machines.
It's gotta be your calling to farm .
Farming is my no 1 Life aspiration . Just wondering where in Kenya I'll do it like you do it in Minnesota .
But I know.
God is Faithful he will make a way where their seems to be know way .
Great video, that Minnie Mo is a great looking tractor. Has your family owned it long. The inside of that tool shed is impressive. Happy Thanksgiving, See you next post.
Scott Viers Dad bought that MM in the early 80s. I believe he's the 2nd owner
Nice vid
Nice video, pretty cool to have this extra work force for cleaning. Yes i must say that cleaning the dryer is, well not the the best job. One time i got it all frosen so it wasn´t cleaned until the year after.
Thor The Northern whoa. What did I miss?!
MN Millennial Farmer nothing negativie on your job
Thor The Northern You have to chill out a little bud. Please take the aggression somewhere else. We're busy farming on this channel.
Nice Video!!
Anyone who dislikes this video. Disrespect to the farmer
Ryan VanPelt thanks!
Nice video
Nice videos most detailed videos on farming I’ve seen

RealDonaldTrump I live in Rushmore Mn by sioux falls Sd
I bet it's more comfortable than been judged at the tanks giving table.
wish we were in Minnesota so we could get those guys to come wash our stuff. After the third piece of equipment I get sick of washing
Kris Cipywnyk I know the feeling! I'm the same way.
5:50 i think every hillbilly (such as i) has meetings of the minds. For me and my family its quite frequently lol
Keep it up!
Your humor is as dry as the turkey my future mother-in-law will cook tomorrow. Lol
You should rig up a big vacuum to suck the dryer out. Love your videos
I would put the mother-in-law to work cleaning equipment.
