What a player he was didn't ever see him play I was just born when we won that World Cup. But as a football fan seen enough footage .so long mr stiles.

I remembered when he made an appearance at NEC Birmingham for Memorabilia signing pictures and autographs around about in the late 90's/Early 2000's and he was very jolly to meet and greet his fans on that day. R.I.P. Nobby.

Someone should commission a lifesize statue of Nobby snarling, and make all the present team run past it on their way out to the pitch.

SIR NORBERT WAS HARD BUT FAIR. NOT MANY GOT THE BETTER OF HIM. THINK EUSABIO KNEW HE. HAD MET HIS MATCH WHEN THEY MET FOR CLUB OR COUNTRY. THANKS NOBBY FOR SOME GREAT MEMORIES.

In todays market nobody would bat an eye at paying £50M for a player of Nobby's calibre.

That's why it was Nobby who the brilliant Alf Ramsey picked in 1966.
