In this video I’m going to share with you my top natural remedies to get rid of a sore throat. There are four main items that can help you kick a sore throat very fast.
The first product that can help ease your throat is olive leaf extract, which can kill off any bad bacteria and fungus in your body as well as function as an anti-viral.
Secondly, colloidal silver is great for a sore throat because it has powerful anti-bacterial and anti-viral activity in it. My favorite way to use colloidal silver is through a throat spray. I would recommend using it every 30 minutes if needed.
Sea salt is the third ingredient I would recommend because it has natural soothing effects to the throat when consumed, which naturally treats a sore throat. Start with mixing sea salt and water and gargling this mixture three times a day.
Lastly, using essential oils like lemon, oregano, and peppermint will help your sore throat. These three oils are the most effective oils for treating a sore throat. You could also add these oils to your throat spray to make it even more powerful.
In addition to these four natural remedies, getting plenty of rest and consuming a nutritional diet are important. Sleeping 8 + hours is vital to helping your immune system fight your virus and consuming a lot of fruits and vegetables, bone broth, and avoiding sugars and grains will help you overcome your sore throat fast.

that's currently happening to me ..
+brother woods went to doctors. they gave me an inhaler and that helped tremendously as well as a nasal spray. that opens up the airways and helped significantly in the first few uses.
also get some antihistamines, it could be closely linked to hayfever or allergies as mine was.
as for that night though, i just suffered :(
+Sixa oh, and use syrup and maybe an ibrufon, that helped me to get to sleep and then when you take it, try to resist coughing as long as possible because it seemed that as soon as i started i couldnt stop

Alvaro Hernandez were complaining cause nothing works. I drink warm water it helps then I try eating cold soft ice cream but I can't just eat ice cream all day but I find some heat and cold helps. I can't even drink water it hurts to swallow but I find eggs or ice cream or some warm liquid meals like soup or hot chocolate helps with the discomfort but I don't know of anything that gets rid of it just gotta play it out tell it goes away its self.

You lot may have pharyngitis from acid reflux. Try not to eat so late at night before bedtime.
Eat pineapples or pineapple juice that will help and it kills the bacteria in your throat. Also honey and lemon helps. Cepacol lozenges work great . Or you can eat hot cheetos that helped me just don't eat the whole bag. You can eat something spicy. Drink warm teas like peppermint tea,green tea or cinnamon tea. Sleepytime has a tea for sore throat. This stuff has helped me a lot.

"in a few days" most sore throats lasts a few days a cure gets rid of them in a hour or 2
Actual advice from things people have in their pantry: Mixing lemon juice and olive oil into a spray bottle with some water will help coat the tonsils and also kill off bacteria. Salt gargles with warm water help draw out infection and make it feel more comfortable. You can make a tea with grated ginger (put in in the tea filter) lemon and honey which will help detoxify your body and help provide immunity support. Steaming your face over a hot pot of boiling water with some tea tree oil in it will help clear mucus from your sinuses. Consuming a probiotic or a multi vitamin will help boost immunity levels as well as consuming A LOT of fruit and veges which you can blend into smoothies or eat baby food as it will be gentler on the throat.

Izabella Mae Garcia I'd try taking a sip of warm salt water through the night. I personally don't sleep that well when I have a sore throat. So whenever I awaken I take a gargle/decent chug of warm salt water before going back to sleep. (Along with blowing my nose!) I do this every time I awaken.

Use a humidifier when you sleep..... the dry air will cause severe sore throat. Drink Throat Coat tea to soothe the discomfort.... Use a decongestant for your sinuses to prevent sleeping with your mouth open

A heads up, If you don't have throat sprays you can always gargle with antiseptic mouthwash (might hurt a little but it's very helpful)

I used to take olive leaf supplements, but I didn't notice a change in my health. Hydration and organic honey are good for treating a sore throat. Organic sesame oil in a pump spray bottle is good too.

how do you apply the olive leaf oil? onto your skin? I have a few other oils like frankincense, lavandin, eucalyptus, and oregano. I have a diffuser too, could any of these help?
I recommend also trying a Neti pot, using salt (sea salt/ pure sodium) to travel through the nasal passageways down the throat can help alot. Try it out.
