President Kikwete, thank you so much for your generosity. You took care of Rwandese and it is very recognizable. The same heart you had against the immigrants should be the same heart you should use to forgive Rwanda because they have a bloody history. I understand you are trying to be fare but you should also respect the Rwanda government and don't tell them what they need to do with the hutu. I do agree with each of your points. This is not just a Tanzanian issue, at all! It's the HUGEST ISSUE that must be addressed in EMERGENCY, ANYWHERE THROUGH OUT AFRICA, and particularly in Madagascar, my own country.

Warundi wajiita wa fuleru congo na wanyarwanda wengi ujiita eti Wanyamulenge pia 80 yao wajiita Washi wa Bukavu. He needs to fire, sack the chief immigration officers in those regions. And maybe fire the "mkuu wa uhamiaji" Tanzania.
